I am willing to accept waiting in line for a teller if there is actually more than one. As a business owner that as banked with Wells for 26 years your service is a joke these days. Last time I was in this branch I waited in line 17 minutes. I'm in the process of moving to another bank entirely.

I have be WFB customer since 1990 I will not giving them even (1) star I am not complaining about the tellers or the staff , I am sick & tired from waiting about 20-30 minutes every time to deposit check because there is 10-15 customers waiting in line , on top of that there is maximum (2) tellers Working The bank wants to save $$$, that's why they are not putting more tellers to work Also every couple months i see new teller ( without experience) for sure he is slow I am looking for a good bank , I think they are ( NOW ) all the same thing PS: I co post it without putting star , that's why I put 1 but doesn't deserve it

Business customer more than 10 years. service finally reach rock bottom. Today walked into the branch and was unable to conduct business because they had no tellers! My company transactions cannot be preformed by an ATM. The man in the suit "The Banker" could not held I was offered a sorry, come tomorrow. This incident along with the recent lack of other banking services has moved us to put forward a recommended Board action to sever our relationship with Wells Fargo Bank.

Terrible customer service at this branch. The branch manager Sylvia Perea would rather stay behind the counter and chat with her coworkers and help the customers. When a mistake was made, instead of apologizing she threw her teller under the bus by saying the teller didn't know what she was doing. Shameful! I see a bunch of one star reviews for this branch, now I personally know why. Do your banking elsewhere.

Extremely rude customer service!!!!! Even the people in the line started laughing at Michelle the way she went about it. I was waiting in line to make a few deposits. The line looped around and then Michelle the line cop comes out of her cubicle and tells me to move forward rudely, I was talking to on the phone with a client because I'm a broker and did not appreciate her tone, interrupting my important call, and talks back to me stating she does not want to hear my conversation on the phone. Even my client i was talking on the phone with said that was rude of her behalf. I am in disbelief on how Michelle went about it. She was not helping a client in her cubicle, so I know I was not interrupting her customer. When I asked her for her name, she said it loud and proud "Michelle". At first, I was like no way she's the branch manager.... When I got to the teller, I asked for the branch managers name and they said it was Silvia. Silvia was with a customer, I waited 15 min to try and pass on my experience with Michelle so this doesn't happen again with any client here at Wells Fargo. Meanwhile I waited, I decided to put a review here to make customers aware. I'll be calling corporate to fulfill my complaint. Never coming to this branch again.

I went to cash my work check from this bank and they had me come back a total of 3 times. Each time with a different issue. After the 3rd time I really couldn't believe they wasted my energy and time. I was interested at first to open a business account but after the experience I had with the rude tellers I decided to go with a different bank. Waste of time and energy, no one should ever be asked questions of how they got their WORK check period. It was a high amount and they did everything in their power to not release my hard earned money from a world renoun company. It was unbelievable the lengths they go through to keep the money in their bank. I then had to deposit it in my own bank, but wait 3 days for it to deposit, when the companies check account was perfectly fine. Too much of a headache, never going to this bank again and never opening a checking or business account here. Do not bank here!

I'm 57 yrs old and for the first time in my life a bank didn't want to open an account for me. I'm a RN with a sizable income and savings and the attitude of both the teller and manager was horrifying. When I said "that's ok I'll just go to Chase" she rudely responded "yah you do that". So I did go to Chase and I'm very happy that I did. Doesn't look like Wells Fargo wants our money y'all!!

"Unfortunately we don't have anyone to help you open an account today. You have to make an appointment" lol what a joke. Mind you, there was a banker sitting at his desk.. Chase helped us, THANKS MANAGER with the short blonde hair, "Yeah, you do that" when we told her we were going to Chase. I hope this review is seen by corporate.

Weird to be reviewing a bank branch but after 17 years of banking with Wells Fargo I think I'm finally done. I went here tried to open a new account a year ago and learned you have to make an appointment. I ended up just going to Chase who helped me open an account that day. Just tried to get an appointment today to open a business account and was told they have no bankers available today. I'm going to end up going to chase who I'm sure will be able to help. What is this horrible system WF has? I really want all of my banking in one place which means I'll likely be taking all of my money elsewhere. I'm embarrassed to say I stuck with WF this long through all of the horrible fraud and they won't help open a new account. WF should be bending over backwards to help their customers.

Very very very bad customer service. Teller ignores you when you come up to her teller window and continues to work on the computer instead of taking care of your transaction. Poor poor teller skills. Have some training on PUBLIC RELATIONS. paid of 2 mortgage loans and I am OUT. LOOKing FOR a reputable banking institution! Maybe go to CHASE

i had to go the wells fargo bank on route 66 in glendora to get some important documents i needed for a legal matter. i have been a customer there for over thirty years. in my old age i do not walk without pain and have a very difficult time breathing. when i approuched the front door the security gaurd hurried to open the door for me,she was nice. i told her i needed to see a banker. please note that the left side of bank had no one there except for one man at the front of the bank, there were at least thirty empty chairs plus some benches. when he asked me what i needded i started to tell him when the pain i had was tremendous, i ask him if i could sit down and he said--no ! there was one chair for the handicaped and there was a lady already doing her bussiness there. as i turned to ask if i could please sit in one of the empty chairs, he had already turned and walked away. i waited ten minutes in pain until the handicap chair on the teller side of the bank was vacant. is this the way the president of a wells fargo bank should treat a handdicaped person when they are in distress. it seems so.
