Recently had to take our car in and they told us which part needed to be replaced, how much it costs, and what everything would come to after labor. Okay! The next day, they give us a call and said they did some more research and found a cheaper solution that would work just as well as the more expensive option. We paid less than half of the original quote. And now it's a few days later, and we're rolling good as new.
Other shops feel like they're trying to milk all the cash they can out of your car situation, or like they're trying to get you in and out ASAP with the fastest solution. Gold River ain't like other shops. Your car will be in good hands with these folks, and so will your wallet.”
