This sharpening service is a drop-off service requiring 1-2 days, a process that is different from some other stores but reflects an unmatched level of care where knives are not only sharpened but cleaned up to an exceptional standard. The business also provides custom work, including laser engraving and titanium anodization, often accommodating customers with very short notice, completing jobs in less than a day for a fair price. The staff are polite, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They are passionate about what they do, thoroughly explaining processes and even giving tours of the store. Rwally great experience purchasing my first Medford--got the Praetorian Genesis T Fall out edition. Not cheap but this thing is so overbuilt!! Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
