This sharpening service is a drop-off service requiring 1-2 days, a process that is different from some other stores but reflects an unmatched level of care where knives are not only sharpened but cleaned up to an exceptional standard. The business also provides custom work, including laser engraving and titanium anodization, often accommodating customers with very short notice, completing jobs in less than a day for a fair price. The staff are polite, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They are passionate about what they do, thoroughly explaining processes and even giving tours of the store. absolutely amazing customer service. it was my first time here and Rob walked me through everything. i was getting my knife touched up and he explained the whole processes. Gave me a tour of the store, and you can really tell they’re passionate about what they do, and they’re extremely kind and polite!
