“Here is my two cents on the food and other chatter.. my order was brought to me via GrubHub. It was late and the food got cold with no explanation.. I order eight pieces of drumsticks and thighs of fried chicken .. I got a make my own self sandwich and I got an order of the spaghetti and meatballs and one Cobb salad. We will start off with surprise me, spaghetti and meatballs . I received about four or five meatballs just a little bit smaller than golf balls. The sauce was a little on the sweet side, but you actually found little chunks of onions throughout the gravy. I don't know if the gravy as Italians Americans call it was made from a bottle of SaveMart on recipe, but is really good. Plus the sauce tasted 100% better than the most recent Italian restaurant where I try their meatballs and spaghetti.... I definitely would try it again... Make your own sandwich was outstanding. I was able to get the rare bread of Dutch crunch, and the meat was piled, high and thick done to my direction as far as having it done my way. . The salad was a good size and what is well package well package and tasty. .. Last, but not is what is your. fried chicken. It was basically very good fried chicken not as good as Popeyes or KFC but if I had that as the only third choice definitely look into the fried chicken. So my order arrived late via GrubHub. the fried chicken will still hot and crispy . Upon arrival tasted very good nothing burnt or anything a job well done... So if you're in a hurry at lunchtime, I want to do something good I would definitely recommend this place .”

“WinCo is generally the best overall market in the Humboldt Bay area for value, service, and variety. When I do my stocking-up it's my go-to. A good solid instore bakery and Leonardo's surprisingly tasty and inexpensive pizza (served hot or take and bake) round out my overall good experiences. Late night shoppers have to be aware the employees are very busy in the wee hours; the aisles are sometimes impassable due to stacked crates; and the "outside the store" customers are pretty sketchy”

“I love this pharmacy!! I was headed to a country in Asia earlier in the year for a few months and needed some travel medications. I'm not familiar with how drug prescriptions cost or anything about insurance and expected a big bill. I went down after my doctor's appointment dreading the worst but it turned out a thousand times better. The pharmacist manager (Tim!! Thx) was able to put a coupon card on one drug that I guess wasn't covered and saved me a hundred dollars. Not only that, but the pharmacy co- manager/assist James also reduced one to like $60 off!! A steal!! It got even better as the girls who rang me out were sooooo cheerful! I didn't get their names but it was a tall young woman as well as a shorter, girl with black hair. Tim also recommended some shots I should get before I left. My doctor did not mention anything about shots???? He and his intern Kyle were able to print out CDC guidelines and were very professional. I called my doctor back about the shots just in case and he said "oh, yeah you should get those". What!! I went back the next day i did not see Tim but Beth who rang my shots out was so cheerful and helpful it was great! I got a few shots, saved lots of money on medication, and had a very fun time overseas! I did not get sick and everything was great!!”

“I had the unfortunate experience of being short on cash and needed a payday advance. Mary helped me. She was the only person working on a Friday night at closing with a line out the door. She jammed through the line with a cheerful attitude and a smile. She was a delight. This is what customer service should look like.”

“This is best Walmart for Walmart+ deliveries and I am lucky to be in the area. I had just subscribed to Walmart+ because I have a 3-month old now (first child) and sometimes I have no time to go grocery shopping in person. I tried having stuff delivered from the Delta shores walmart and it was the worst Walmart for it. Scheduled for 10-11am delivery from the day before, and the day of, just an hour before, I got a notification that it's running late and I thought "no biggie", maybe it will be here by 12pm. 1pm came, then 2, 3, 4, and by 5pm I finally rescheduled it to be delivered by 8-9pm and it came at 9pm. It was ridiculous!! It was almost like if I didn't reschedule it, I wouldn't have gotten my groceries on that same day. This Walmart at Gerber was always on time. Matter of fact, I got one delivered earlier today. Scheduled for 11am-12pm, I got my grocery at 10:58am. They are fast and they choose the best produce if you ever order them. I got nervous ordering those at first cuz at the app, a lot of customers complained about getting rotten or almost rotting produce, but every Walmart store is different of course. This one hasn't failed me yet. I truly think the employees that do the shopping cares that's why I tip them pretty good. I'm writing this review to put out a good word out there for this Walmart when it comes to Walmart+ deliveries. The in store stuff is pretty typical Walmart. Packed, loud, and long lines.”

“I enjoy the lower cost grocery shopping, the medicine, toiletries, and general goods are all much less expensive here. When I lived farther, I would spend $40 in gas to shop at Walmart, and I'd still save in the end over shopping at the grass valley grocery store. Worth the time and effort for sure. Now that I live close enough to shop there regularly, I find myself shopping there 2-3 times per week. The staff costs them a star, the regular guy at the self check at the store off Riley has a smart mouth and is rude to customers when he thinks they can't hear him. Guy needs to appreciate his job, and stop assuming every time the self check triggers that customers are lying thieves... "everyone says they scanned all the items, but I always find what they are stealing " he quipped... thinking I couldn't hear him. After they realized it was in fact not stealing, he said nothing to apologize. So I let him know my displeasure of being called a thief for no reason at all, but he couldn't look me in the eye, acknowledging his mistake or even act like he could hear me. He just pretended he couldn't hear me. Don't assume folks are stealing , and certainly don't do it in a smart @ss insulting manner... because you were wrong, and when you don't apologize or acknowledge that fact, you look like a real piece of work. Just don't open your mouth to comment before you know the facts”

Associates were present although no one on the sales floor approached me or asked if I needed help. But overall good experience.”

“I've been to so many pharmacies and Walgreens and this is by far the best one. They transferred my son's medicine as I was out of town, they filled it in 30 minutes and Dani the pharmacist was incredibly kind and upbeat and even the pharmacist David lim was nice! Usually my experiences are awful but this was great! Last 2 Walgreens located have been super rude and moody from the moment I pull up. Go here!”
