I recently transferred my prescriptions here after my previous pharmacy closed, and I’m so glad I did! The staff is friendly, helpful, and made the transition smooth and stress-free. They were also incredibly supportive with a new prescription—explained everything clearly and made sure I had what I needed.

Usually under stock or don’t have the medication
The guy in the counter is not patient with customers and I felt rushed and disrespected both times I visited the pharmacy
I’m changing pharmacy!

This pharmacy has gone way downhill, it sucks but, like the rest of the Gold River store, their services and prices are horrible. Not what you would expect in our community. I will transfer medications to another (non Raleys) store and will no longer shop at what should be my local grocery store and pharmacy.

Staff is rude. We have been using Bel Air Pharmacy for a long time and in the past 2 years the service has been horrible. Called yesterday to find out if a prescription was ready. Staff rudely answered yes even though we did not get notification. As we started to ask what time they close before the question was finished the lady stated the hours and hung up. I can't imagine how these people treat the elderly who actually need more assistance.

I called to ask if a medication was in stock or able to be ordered. The guy said I am not allowed to call any pharmacy and ask about stock. I told him I’ve called every other pharmacy in the area and they check with no issues and he said it’s illegal. I asked if he is being this way because he just doesn’t want business and he said yes that’s exactly why. Rite aid is closing so we have to find a new pharmacy and I was hoping we could go here since it’s so close to the one closing but obviously that won’t be an option. Too bad that can’t hire someone else who isn’t driving people away.

I have not been to this grocery store for more than 3 or more years now. I had bad experiences with the senior cashiers. They love to talk to the regulars holding up the line and shame you on your choice of their overpriced purchases. Now, I am debating if I should transfer my prescriptions over from Rite Aid??? After reading the recent reviews… That is a 🙂↔️ NO THANKS! Pass on seeing them rude old cashier’s specially that Imelda 😂

I requested assistance from an employee to locate a specific item. Rather than helping, they told me to find it myself. This lack of assistance was very disappointing.

My grandson's doctor called in a urgent prescription for him. I came by to get it and the pharmacy tech just looked at me casually said we don't have it in stock.Should be here by Monday or so. I was perturbed to say the least and asked him why they didn't tell the doctors office he didn't have it. Answer was unbelievable! "They didn't ask". In other "words we really don't care"!I will never step foot in a Belair/Raleys store again. The actions of your employees tell me all I need to know about this organization.I've been a Gold River resident for 34 years and I've had mixed experiences. However, this border on criminal!

I don't know where this store thinks it is, but is by far the most expensive grocery store I've encountered in Sacramento. I know Bel Air has always been expenbut this is crazy. One example 72 pack Kraft singles $20.99 and not marked on shelf. Elsewhere $9.99-$14.99. I'd go on but I think you get the point. My opinion, they are robbing the elderly that live nearby. This store is out of control.

This is the best grocery store around. Not necessarily for their prices, as they can be high...but they do have many great deals! Anyway, this is the best grocery store around because of the employees. I have truly always gotten the absolute best customer service every single time my family and I visit this location. Every single employee there is so friendly. My family and I always leave so happy!

The Bel Air grocery store in Gold River has decided to raise prices and at the same time delivery less service. The store has decided to save money by opening fewer check stands to push customers into self checkout. Self checkout is not an option when you have a cart full of groceries but waiting in line when there is only one check stand open should not be the only other option. Remember the good old days when Bel Air had a customer service counter. That is gone. I guess customer service is not a priority.

Every 1 star review this store has is because of the pharmacy. And we all experienced the same thing. Thhe pharmacist and staff are without compassion, rude, the pharmacist asks like they are afraid to speak with another human being. My spouse and I went around and around between the pharmacy, the doctor and the insurance. The doctor had cleared the prescription, the insurance authorized it, but the pharmacy kept insisting they needed more paperwork from the doctor... 5 times I went to the pharmacy and we must have made over 20 calls to the pharmacy, doctor and insurance carrier. We finally had the doctor cancel.the prescription. We went to a different pharmacy and had the prescription filled within 3 days but not before my spouse was bed ridden with debilitating pain because Bel Air Pharmacy held the prescription hostage. I loathe these people. We shall see how they feel when they desperately need someone to care and no one does. Needless to say, we do not use this pharmacy anymore.

I was late only two minutes to pickup my medicine. The guy was working there did not give me my medicine because he said we are closed two minutes ago. while the other girl was assisting other customer. She was nice and looking at me to help me but the guy refused to give my medicine. I explained sorry, I was at work and I need my medicine. I’m in pain but still he said No. if this kind of person does not understand the word PAIN and I’m late because I was at work and I just made it to pharmacy. I need my medication now he refused to give my prescription. I have to take my pain until next day. I do not think two minutes late will kill you.Thank you for awful service.

Prices for wine here are 30-50% higher than the bay area, don't buy alcohol here! Go to Costco
