Nice folks and decent service. I've gone here for notary, shipping, returns and copy services. The staff is always very helpful and kind, I was overcharged once and they fixed the problem without making me feel dumb. A great place, I'm glad to have them in our neighborhood.

A good location, but their mail sorting is ridiculously slow even after the holidays. Never had this problem before the ownership changed hands - very disappointed. Spoke with them the other day and they responded by letting me know they'd sort the mail for boxes and have it ready in a more reasonable timeframe. For that, I'm adding an extra star.

Had a great experience at this Gold River UPS Store! I met the new owners, and they were friendly welcoming. The staff was helpful, and the process was quick and easy. The store was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Self-service drop off kiosk is at this location! Helpful staff, PO Boxes, copy machines, and a nice office area if you need it.

Gold River UPS has always been my favorite UPS to go to. Friendly and helpful always. Well, they have new ownership. Congrats to Ash and Elbina, new owners!! I had no less than 32 individual shipping items via Amazon returns per QRS codes. They were incredibly patient and helpful. Thanks so much to them both and I wish them nothing but success! The important reason that I have for giving 10 rating in the likeliness of recommending UPS to a friend or colleague is due to the high quality of care that UPS employees take when handling all of the products that I have sent through UPS and the quality of customer care is not only excellent but does beat my experience through other carriers.
