Randy is a super nice guy. Swapped my handle for a new one in 15 minutes. I was originally going to do it myself but he made it easy and it was affordable. As of this morning his phone was only working about 50% of the time. It says "This number has been disconnected" but if you keep trying it eventually pushes your call through.

I had an issue with my camper connection and I didn't know where to go to ask for help. I found Randy and I am so so grateful for him - he took a quick look, figured out the problem, and directed me to the person who could fix it. He just took time out of his day for a random person, and it was such a great experience in this world at this time. Love the old-time Cali friendliness!

I give Randy five stars because I have purchase things from him for many years. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of his work and materials. I bought truck racks and campers and even a bumper for an older truck that I have. I highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of camper supplies.

My husband brought in his SUV to have a trailer hitch installed. Randy went above and beyond by getting us a custom trailer hitch which was a perfect fit for his vehicle, and didn't require altering his SUV in any way. He charged us for the original hitch ordered, and clearly expressed appreciation for our business. Two thumbs way up!

Super nice couple who run the place. I returned a Penske truck to them. They were heading out and kindly gave me a ride to the airport. They had a nice selection of truck camper shells, lids & covers. I saw a guy come and purchase one and he was in and out promptly. Check them out!

So far so good. Randy has an attention to detail with his customers not seen at the other stores in town. Besides the fact that he sells obviously the best products around Snugtop and rackit. He was honest truthful answered the at least a hundred and twenty questions I asked. I know where I'll take my money.

I got a great deal on a new Snug Top shell for my Tundra. It was perfectly installed by the owner (Randy) including the transfer of my Yakima rack from the old truck to the new truck. His knowledge and attention to detail is amazing and he is totally focused on providing the best possible customer service. I highly recommend Arrow for adding a shell or accessories to your truck.
