Su and Khoa do such an incredible job on my nails. They really take really good care of me and my nails here each time I go and I leave happy. Thank you!

I came in for a pedicure and while the prices were definitely reasonable, the overall experience felt very rushed. It wasn’t relaxing at all, which was disappointing since I was hoping to unwind. The staff were polite, but the quick pace made it feel more like a chore than a treat.

Wayyyyyy over priced. Couldn’t do any design I wanted. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your money. Please.

Got a mani pedi and the team was very warm, kind, and professional. Had lovely lotion massages as part of my experience. Highly recommend!

Overall, a disappointing experience. While the manicurist was nice, the pedicure was not relaxing at all. I paid $43 for a pedicure plus callus removal, and the whole process was rushed in about 15 mins. The “massage” was her simply rubbing lotion on my legs . I’ve been to other places where they set a timer and massage for at least 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, the woman next to me, who got the deluxe pedicure for $50 (only $7 more than mine) had a pedicure that was at least double the length of mine with all sorts of treatments. I think $43 still deserves proper time spent on massage, letting the feet soak, and allowing the jets to be on in the basin to create a relaxing experience. I felt like she wanted me to get in and get out. Will not be going back.

I would highly recommend this salon. Phuong was attentive, patient and asked plenty of questions to make sure I was happy with my nails. I had to remove my dipping powder and he made sure to do so gently and with soaking instead of filing them down to risk any damage.
Sue was also fantastic with the design I wanted even though it was intricate. She took her time and I was very happy with the result.
In the hour or so that I was there, a handful of regular customers came in and were each greeted by name. After coming here I can absolutely understand their loyal customer base. This is a fantastic salon and I would absolutely come back.

I was very happy to see that this place had good reviews, and after I walked over there to ask what the prices were, I was even happier that they were extremely reasonable. They said come back in 10 minutes, which I did.
But, now I understand why the prices are reasonable. I have never felt so rushed in my whole life. The entire experience was hurry hurry, hurry. It wasn’t relaxing, and she was in such a rush to get me out of the chair, she messed up the nail polish on my toes, had to redo it, which took even longer.
I spent more time waiting for my toes to dry than the entire experience of a pedicure with paraffin, which was about 20 minutes. My feet didn’t even need that much work, but the whole reason a woman goes to get a pedicure or a manicure is to feel pampered and relaxed. That didn’t happen.
I felt like their most important customer was the “next” one. Money money money.

I’ve been coming here consistently for well over a year now. Anytime I switch salons I regret it and always come back to them. They are great at dip manicures and take the time to properly remove the dip to avoid nail breakage. They are always easy to communicate with whenever I am looking for special style or shape. Highly recommended! Also recommend to call for an appointment, (they are always busy due to returning clients). Photos of dip chrome pink manicure

Best nail application that I've seen in the area. All the staff are super nice! The only thing I would say is it is overpriced. I paid $80 for an acrylic set, then $75 for a fill. In my experience, fills should be significantly less than a full set. Otherwise, I loved it.

Came in and asked for service and they said they didnt have time. They didnt even try to offer a different time or day. Which other places always do. Too bad . This makes me no come back at all. Which we ended going to another salon that was very welcoming as soon as we enter. We did have to wait but we didnt care.

my mom and I have been coming here consistently for about 2.5 years. We always leave a tip (20%), and never complain. Recently, my mom and I went for a mani/pedi. My artist was one of the the main (male) manicurists, and my mom got a different (female) one. My artist was objectively doing a better job, and my mom had an event to go to, where as it didn't matter to me how exceptional the job was done. So, after the pedicure portion, I requested to switch artists for our manicures--causing no scheduling conflict for the artists, not requesting anyone new, and not giving a reason (so that l didn't make the female artist look bad in front of the owner/main male). I wanted my mom to have the "nicer" manicure for her event. And, still we left a 20% tip. Two weeks later, we called to schedule new appointments and they told us we were no longer welcome because I did not like my service and the best artist was taking care of me. they didn't ask for any clarification, just told us we weren't allowed back. This is not what good customer service looks like to me at all. Started going to Polished for a cleaner, friendlier experience with complimentary coffee/tea/ water/wine, better service and comparable prices.**no names named because, no hate to the worker who did "the worse" job. It was fine, and none of this is her fault.**

I'm not one to write poor reviews but feel like others should be forewarned. I got a pedicure yesterday which was mediocre. The massage chair was older and didn't work very well and things inside looked really run down. The aesthetician was nice, but she cut my toe which really hurts and still does. I used to go here years ago and remember having good experiences but yesterday that was not the case. Such a bummer.
