The representative was well able to sell us a policy. We did not come in for a policy because we already have one. We came in for a new phone. The representative found a phone for us, but was not able to help us with the phone. He did not even know that my phone contacts were saved on my old Sim card.
He was very pleasant, but he needs a lot more training on cell phone functioning.
I think Best Buy might have been a better choice.

Excellent service. Isaac was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Best upgrade experience as of date. Everyone who works at the Market place AT&T store location is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend getting any of your cellular needs handled and managed by AT&T.

Chalo was so helpful!! I needed an AT&T hotspot and he helped me set it all up. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, really went out of his way even though I came in right before they closed. I am not tech savvy and had trouble once I got home, I called him and he helped me troubleshoot things over the phone in regards to my phone AND a frame TV that was being fussy. Wow! Above and beyond service! This is the type of person you need to climb to the top of your company AT&T, take note! Promote him!

We met with Anthony and he was amazing!!! He made the experience less stressful and very enjoyable. He was very enjoyable and made many suggestions to resolve the challenges we were having very quickly. We loved his personality and sense of humor! Would highly recommend asking for Anthony!
