AutoZone employees, Gabriel and Alex, were extremely helpful, fitting my car with the proper battery. They went above and beyond to ensure that the installation process was smooth and efficient. Gabriel and Alex meticulously checked the installation, ensuring everything was securely in place and running correctly. Their professionalism and friendliness made a situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend this AutoZone location for their excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I paid for a new ERG valve and they gave me an open-box return missing the correct gasket and instructions. So, one, carefully check your product for seals! I asked for an open-box discount like Best Buy or else the store would get a complaint. It is an electronic part so it could have been compromised. There was no store manager and the clerk could not give me the discount.

I went in regarding a key fob that was broken and the customer service was great. Although they couldn’t fix my key fob he added a zip tie to it so I wouldn’t lose the parts free of charge, so kind of him to do. Thank you

I BOUTHT THIS DURALAST PLATINUM EFB TECHNOLOGY BATTERY FOR MY 2019ALTIMA ABOUT 15 MONTHS AGO, AND JUST DIE OUT OF NO WERE. GOT TO THE STORE AND THE DESK PERSON WHO HELPED ME TEST THE BATTERY AND TOLD METHAT WASBAD SO HI GIMNE ANOTHER ONE, SOMEONE ELSE CAME ASKING HIM IF HE CHECK IT BEFORE OFFERED ME A REPLACEMENT WITH HIS ARROGANT ATTITUDE/FACE ! SO I GUESS I STILL HAVE ANOTHER 15 MONTHS UNDER THIS WARRANTY! JUST TO KNOW WHO WOULD PAY FOR THE "TOW TRUCK" IF THIS "GARBAGE OF BATTERY" DIES AGAING ?WITH IN THE WARRANTY FRAME... I REALLY LIKE TO FIND OUT!!!

After a very unfortunate online delivery of a broken radiator from the Memphis Autozone store (that we accidentally installed without realizing there was a hole in the plastic), the Goleta Autozone was very gracious with helping us replace it with one that didn't have a hole in it. The visit with them was probably the only quick and easy part of our day. It was a horrible day turned slightly better by these guys. I give them five stars.

I went today to AutoZone Goleta store, and I met Adan, a great customer service associate, he picked the right braking lights for my car in less than a minute, and not only this but also he helped me to reinstall it back properly in my car. A great man with a great customer service!

AutoZone employee, Jesus, was extremely helpful, fitting our handicap van with the proper battery. It was not an easy insulation and he did it with charm and Grace. I can’t tell you how happy I was receive the professionalism and expertise offered. I feel that they go the extra mile, that’s very important to me as I am less able to do things myself in my retirement.

AutoZone in Old Town Goleta has a knowledgeable staff and great customer service. They took the time to come out to the parking lot and make sure I got the right parts I needed. I'm a huge fan and definitely recommend this spot for your auto parts.

Go to the Goleta store. Much bigger, cleaner, friendlier, and Helpful (SB Milpas store is not so much).
