It's totally impossible to communicate with a bank officer via phone, all the options on the answering machine sends you to the website, direct phone numbers don't go through, it's a frustrating experience, emails are not answered. Goleta branch is driving customers to their competitors.

The tellers are rude and unprofessional. Manager the same. I had a fraud on my debit card and the staff were not nice or helpful.I had to drive to another branch to fix the fraud issuesI highly recommend not using this branch

The best Chase branch in the USA. I made an appointment online and when I arrived, the branch manager kindly showed me where to wait. I was able to open an account on time as per my reservation. I opened my account through Sean. He is the coolest, most laid-back, and gentle person I've met since coming to the USA.

Not sure if it is the government, but it Seems like chase just bringing more and more restrictions. Soon it will be impossible to work with them. Too bad since they are really have the best customers service.

Visited this branch and had an amazing experience!!! Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They were busy and booked for the day but Jenn found a way to squeeze me in and get my business checking account set up. She was helpful, organized, and very knowledgeable about the different products and services. Thank you Jenn!!!

Walked up and the teller was eating a brownie .guess I was a bother ... I wanted to cash a check it was a 10 dollar fee and I said that's a lot is that a new fee ... he said no it's not a lot ! The other teller chimes in said no it's been like this super rude and condescending. He then refused to cash it . The lead came over and was so rude ... not only did she scare me but I was shocked I couldn't tell with her eyebrows if she was surprised or mad ! The old hag can over and refuse to cash it due to me not banking there . This is one of many reason I don't bank here !! They really need some new policy's In place .

My partner banks here so I opened a personal account and recently a business account as I’m starting a new company. The people here are very friendly and nice however the parking lot is a mess and they put the wrong mailing address on my new business account. My statements are now coming to the house instead of my business which is rather annoying! I called them to try to change the address but the phone at the branch will not ring and so I may have to go in person to change the mailing address.
