Myriad complications arose, none of which were the fault of Golden 1, and I must say how thoroughly impressed I was at the response to these complications. The kindness of Karla and her supervisor in assisting me was unparalleled. In our modern world where it is difficult to even speak to a human being let alone have a business matter handled professionally, efficiently, and courteously, Golden 1 deserves sincere praise! Karla and her supervisor stayed half an hour past closing time on a Friday evening in order to troubleshoot the problems and arrive at a resolution. Not only did they succeed, but the whole staff admired and interacted with my eight-month-old baby in the meantime, who was having a very challenging day with his teething.
