Highly inefficient and understaffed, very long lines and long waits for medication the app said was ready for pickup. Today they made me wait 3 hours.
I should add the people here are great, I have nothing against them. but they don’t have the staff to open 2 lanes even when there are 11 people in line

You guys have always been friendly , motivated to please And prepared to answer any question I have ever had . Not to mention that your store is reall close to where I live at making it all the more convient for me cause I’m usually trying to ride my bicycle where ever I go thanks a lot and you can bet I’ll keep coming back sincerely Donny

Waited in line for the pharmacist and the lady in front of me to have a long personal conversation for them to start closing the gate on me as soon as I pull up at 1:30 in the afternoon. Terrible customer service didn't even treat me like a human being

Called 2 weeks in advance to ask if they would be open on New Year’s Eve since I was coming home from vacation on the night of the 30th. They told they would be open and even put me on hold to ask someone to confirm that. Won’t be able to get my prescription until the 2nd because they’re closed.

I am very pleased with CVS. They work hard to make sure that my son's seizure medications are available at the time we need to get refills. Some of the meds are common, but some require effort on the part of my CVS pharmacist, and they do a really great job!

Although the hours of this pharmacy are a little tricky, it is a well run pharmacy and the employees are extremely helpful. I have had insurance issues multiple times, and they take the time to explain and provide you information to make the process as easy as possible.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR VACCINES!!! Would give zero stars if I could. After a 20 min wait with no one else even being helped, the pharmacist didn't say a word before about to administer my booster. I had to ask and confirm I was getting the right shot. After administering, some of the vaccine dripped down my arm. I was concerned never having had this happened so asked if it was normal or what it was. He said "ya it should be fine". I asked "should be or will be" to which he basically shrugged. Then he proceeded to put the bandaid on wrong, which I didn't think was possible. I had to take it off to put it on better myself. The guy was so out of it he seemed half asleep or on some sort of painkiller depressant. I worry for anyone else's safety that he administers shots to since he was so out of it, so DO NOT GO HERE!!

The staff who work here are kind and patient, but that doesn't make up for this being the most poorly managed pharmacy in town. They often open late or can't help customers because someone (manager or pharmacist?) Isn't there yet. Avoid this one.

This store has some of the best prices in town you can join a club in their store for $5 and get a lot more back every month if you buy their brand you might try it I'm saving every month with this app

Horrible pharmacy, never have prescriptions on time. I tried calling and every time I have to wait about 30minutes to an hour. One of the girls there has a horrible attitude. Just a horrible experience all over

Every time I pick up a prescription from this pharmacy the pharmacist is kinda rude and always acts like they havent even seen my prescription yet. A new prescription of mine was sent over yesterday and still hasn't been filled a day and a half later. The pharmacy tech is nice but that doesn't make up for the terrible experiences I've had here. Save yourself some time and trouble and just get your prescriptions filled at the 7030 Hollister ave CVS instead.
