I would like a record of the vaccination, e.g. date and what the vaccine was (Pfizer? Moderna? Covid?) . All the nurse gave me was a coupon for $10.

Can no longer talk to a person. Calls are answered by an automated system with no option to connect to a person. After several minutes you can leave a voicemail.
Never using CVS Pharmacy again.

CVS is my go-to for Covid vaccines, since they seem to have them before other providers. While I'm there, I often find and purchase other things that I need and often find things I wasn't looking for but bought. Prices are competitive and they have a wide range of items.

I ordered through CVS.com and picked up my order. The first problem was that the woman, Hispanic, 40's 50's, glasses, hair in ponytail, doesn't know anything about these type of orders. At that time, I asked about the bag fee and she just blew it off.
Then I needed to return one item and could not find the return code online in my account or in my pick-up email. I took it to the store, it was the same woman, and she was even worse.
Again, she doesn't know anything about online orders and acted like giving me a gift card was a huge favor on her part. I wrote CVS Customer Relations a complaint email in the store right then.
Later, as I was leaving, I asked the young woman with the tattoos, Sandy, who's great, if she knew where the return code was. She said I'd have to contact CVS.com and then called the black guy, Erik over.
I asked him about it and he went into a freaking meltdown. He got all hyperactive, started waving his hands in the air, raising his voice, and basically acting like a fool. In addition, he kept lying over and over that you couldn't return online orders in the store. INCORRECT. I offered to show him where it states that and he just got more abusive. I let him know he needed to work on his communication skills and he wouldn't stop so I advised him to shut up!
Later, I found that the RETURN CODE IS AT THE END OF THE VERY LONG EMAIL ADVISING YOU THE PICK-UP ORDER IS READY. And, this information is nowhere on the web site at all.
I called the manager at the store today, Miguel, and he was equally ignorant. He never apologized for Erik's outrageous behavior, kept trying to argue about the return policy and where the code is and to no surprise, was about the same level of conduct as his employees.
I'm actually very disappointed that the employees here think they can be abusive to customers and it's good to go. This used to be my favorite location.

The power of example is infinite! I believe that under the leadership of Kristine, an excellent manager who is skilled in business and dedicated to serving patients, this team will achieve extraordinary results!

I asked a worker named Miguel for a different medicine alternative as dayquil/nyquil require ID, but instead he just said can’t help you after I also told him I was really sick and that my head was hurting a lot and still said he wouldn’t help me.

CVS Support DEI! I support ANY business who support EQUALITY for ALL. CVS is supporting DEI. Google has sadly sold their soul to the devil and no longer support equality. Millions of Americans and global citizens are all trying to find a way to cancel Google because they have decided to align the dark side.

I’m not a big fan of any CVS however I love their rewards program because they offer such great coupons every month. Of course, in the last few months I’ve been to almost every location in town to try to resolve the problem I’m having which is I’m unable to use any of my beloved coupons! When I point it out to the cashier they always respond with questions that seem to point the blame at myself rather than the system. Today at this location in Calle Real I encountered the same ol problem and got asked the same annoying questions. Right before I was to leave my purchase and walk out once again the cashier called over a manager to see if she could help. Oh wow! Finally someone thought outside the box! The manager on duty Silvia Angel (really!) tried the usual routes and quickly understood that something was wrong with the system. She made a call to troubleshoot the issue and was unfortunately unsuccessful. However they did push the issue to higher ups to try to fix the problem once and for all. I’m still waiting for the results but I’m just so happy that someone finally seemed like they genuinely cared enough to take the time to at least TRY! That in itself deserves the five stars! Thank you Silvia for taking the time to do what you could in your power to help me. She also honored my coupons with an override (something that I was told didn’t exist) so I could finally take home my purchases! Regardless of the outcome I’m impressed that there is customer service and support at this CVS location! Thank you!

I am in your parking lot as I type this after having been denied buying pen needles for my insulin. I was told by both people behind the pharmacy counter and a store manager that a perscription was required even though I have purchased them at this location in the past without a perscription. I was not even attempting to have my insurance cover the purchhase! It seems that Amazon will happily provide them and deliver them to my home so I don't have to wait in line for 25 minutes only to be looked at like I am a junkie! At a lower cost too! I HIGHLY suggest you review California H&S Sec 11364 with your staff of educated professionals and get your act together!

DO NOT ORDER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO THIS CVS!! THE PHARMACIST IS A TERRIBLE PERSON! SAVE YOUR TIME AND TROUBLE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The new pharmacist is completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I am not one to participate in an argument with anyone doing their job but with this pharmacist I had to. She attempted to humiliate me and yell at me in front of the whole store, UNPROVOKED after I tried to pick up my prescription and she refused to run my insurance cause she didn't have enough time. I tried to explain to her how I felt and ask if she could please do so because I was in so much pain and I couldn't wait. She then went off me while others in line advocated for me and asked her to skip them and help me instead. She still refused and made me wait as she went to eat her lunch. I have NEVER had an experience like this ever which prompted me to look her up. She claims on her linked in that she thrives in social situations and provides excellent care but I would BEG TO DIFFER. If you want excellent care I suggest you find another store.

I called just to see if a photo I ordered was ready to be picked up because it had been over an hour and I didn't get an email to say to pick it up. The person who answered put me on hold and must have forgotten about me because I was on hold for almost 15 minutes before I finally hung up. There should be better communication between sections because waiting 15 minutes for a simple yes or no is ridiculous.
