DO NOT ORDER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO THIS CVS!! THE PHARMACIST IS A TERRIBLE PERSON! SAVE YOUR TIME AND TROUBLE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The new pharmacist is completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I am not one to participate in an argument with anyone doing their job but with this pharmacist I had to. She attempted to humiliate me and yell at me in front of the whole store, UNPROVOKED after I tried to pick up my prescription and she refused to run my insurance cause she didn't have enough time. I tried to explain to her how I felt and ask if she could please do so because I was in so much pain and I couldn't wait. She then went off me while others in line advocated for me and asked her to skip them and help me instead. She still refused and made me wait as she went to eat her lunch. I have NEVER had an experience like this ever which prompted me to look her up. She claims on her linked in that she thrives in social situations and provides excellent care but I would BEG TO DIFFER. If you want excellent care I suggest you find another store.

I called just to see if a photo I ordered was ready to be picked up because it had been over an hour and I didn't get an email to say to pick it up. The person who answered put me on hold and must have forgotten about me because I was on hold for almost 15 minutes before I finally hung up. There should be better communication between sections because waiting 15 minutes for a simple yes or no is ridiculous.

Constant pharmacy turnover due to a very rough job, low pay and a totally uncaring corporate policy means looong lines and frustrating experiences. This is generally NOT the employees fault, but the board of directors doesn't care. Notice how it's impossible to give feedback directly to the company? They know they're awful. Let this company die already. They killed all the local pharmacists, maybe they'll come back.

The new pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. She refused to fill in my prescription. She made a mistake, put my prescription on hold. Instead of apologizing, when I said, I don't have time for this, she said she doesn't have to fill my medication.

Pharmacy line is never not long. As in the entire length of the store. They need to open up more stations, like, ALL the time.

Thank you CVS pharmacists and employees for taking care of my families needs. My anger and exasperation is with the corporate offices and officers for driving patrons crazy in your schemes to make your more and more money. My doctors and I definitely do not want a three month supply of any medications. Stop texting patrons with these text, stop the for permission to fill medication that the patient is no longer taking and most all stop putting your dictated employees in the line of fire because CVS corporate is behaving like it more interested profits than human beings. Any text I get other than concerning mediation that I or my doctors requested, I will consider it harassment. A patrons texts should only be used to inform the person that their medication is ready, that the pharmacist is waiting for refill instructions from your doctor or there is some type of delay. Better a conduit to communicate back and forth with the pharmacist to solve a problem with a prescription. Your phone system is beyond broken and your app does allow messaging to pharmacists. It is easier to answer a text than take a phone call. You are waistline your employees precious time because patients do not have easy and reasonable way to communicate a problem, concern or prescription problem with the pharmacist. CVS Corporate still gets O stars!

This pharmacy needs two checkout lanes: one for men who are willing to pay for their items right away and another for women who can bicker endlessly about their stupid coupons

The phone, Google maps and website say you close at midnight. Not until you actually get there do you find out you've been filled. Hope you were not sick and got out of bed for nothing.

The pharmacy has been very difficult to work with since I moved to them a few months ago. Long lines and not enough employees helping customers. Took months for them to transfer my prescriptions from another CVS. Medications sometimes take weeks to be ordered and filled. Just happened to me again this evening. Please hire more people and please respect our time as well.

This CVS location (Calle Real) I won’t shop at anymore. It’s too inconvenient as it’s the only drug store in the area that keeps even the advil locked so you have to wait for someone to unlock it, then they give to checker so you can’t use self check but have up wait in line just to get advil! I will shop at CVS but prefer any other location; so far this is the only one I’ve had this happen.

I have been trying to fill a perscription since 11/16/22 at Calle Laureles CVS with no success. So a friend gets their perscription filled at the Calle Real CVS so I thought I would give them a try. I waited on hold for 43 minutes before an associate answered to ask me to call back in the morning when a manager was available. This poor person was working alone! The unprofessionalism of CVS! Shame on you for treating your employees like this and your customers. Instead of calling back in the morning I will try another company entirely I do not want to support such an awful employer, and obviously does not care about customers!

Got my latest Covid booster at this CVS. Sam the Pharmacist is always AWESOME. I had an appointment and got in, got on, and got out. Perfect appointment. Got the flu shot also at the same time. Highly recommend.
