Rude for no reason. The pharmacy is out of the medication I need and told me to "just call around to the other stores". The other stores told me not to call because they can't tell me on the phone if they do or don't. I think you owe it to your customers who have an rx to tell them who can help them and where. Basically it's a guessing game if you won't help them

Waited in since 1PM then they don't have medication ready and send me from pick-up to consult and by this time its 1:30PM and they close on me for lunch tell me to come back after 2PM. The pharmacist with the tattoo looks like he's been dipping into his clients' medication bin acting all jittery and rude. Better look for another pharmacy

I tried to use the photo processing computers. None of them worked. Only one clerk available in the whole store. She did not know how to work the computers. I was told to come back in six hours and maybe that clerk on duty would know something. I finally figured out how to get one of the computers started. I had a "extra bucks $5 reward coupon", but when I got to the register, the clerk could not get the coupon to work. I waited ten minutes until a lady came from the back of the store. She accused me of using the coupon already and that's why the register wouldn't accept it. I assured her I had not used the coupon and it was good until next month. There were six customers in line. The clerk at the register told me to come back another day and maybe the coupon would go through. It was a very upsetting situation. When I told my daughter what happened, she said the same thing has happened to her. CVS does not honor their coupons!

I had a very good customer service experience. A very nice lady helped me deal with the insurance, explained everything, answered all the questions. Very fast service. It is very nice when you are treated politely and take care of you. Thank you.

After 10 years of using the CVS Pharmacy Turnpike I am moving to Walgreens! One of the women who works at the pharmacy is so incredibly rude and stand offish and it makes the experience pretty terrible… ? goodbye!

Pretty good pharmacy, just be aware, they do close at 10:00PM and not 12:00AM midnight.

I waited hours at Walgreens for a prescription and in the end they just couldn't figure out the insurance and we're at a stump of what to do. I transfered the prescription to cvs and they had the prescription filled and ready to go in less than 10. I know not to go to another pharmacy next time cvs is on the ball and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Go out of here way to give good customer service.
