Linda at CVS Hollister Village, stopped what she was doing to ring up my one item. In addition she found a $4 off coupon from my pharmacy purchase just minutes ago that worked and applied to my Mrs Myers dish soap. I paid .60 cents for Mrs Meyers dish soap. Thank you Linda for being such a kind and helpful person and CVS employee. I will definitely be a returning customer as well as someone who pays attention to the super long receipts - I just might find a great coupon and be able to use it. Great experience!!!

I love coupons and recently I thought an exchange wouldn’t give me back the coupon I used. Linda helped me and the coupon problem was solved.
CVS coupons are the best.

The white male store manager, the pharmacist that came to the front cash registers and the other white male cvs staff member criticizing the staff’s work and calling previous customers crazy are very rude. The female, Latino staff member who was helping and caring as well as a pharmacist or pharm tech several months ago were very kind and friendly. Two stars for the two good people and minus three for the very rude ones. “We forget what people do, but we don’t forget how people made us feel.” Those three staff were horrible and the other two were great.

The automated phone system for the pharmacy now REFUSES to connect you to a person. The system now demands a phone number that they can use to call you back later at an unknown time and date, and hangs up whether or not you provide one.
Imagine talking to an employee who demands to know your number, ignores you, and then ends the call.
Is this a joke?

Our local CVS store usually has what I need, at a good price. I have found CVS branded alternatives to usually be just as effective as name brand alternatives for my purposes. Hours are accommodating. I've found unexpectedly higher end and unusual items as well. A fashionable green straw hat, an Ecokind sustainable mouse pad set, etc.

Often don’t respond to voice mail, Rx not filled for days after promised, female pharmacist has zero empathy but a great place to keep up on vaccinations.

They are really understaffed and you notice it especially if you come here often but a lot of the employees are doing their best. I was using self checkout and the machine totally glitched out mid transaction and there was a long line of people only maybe two workers up front and one of them clocked out, clearly frustrated and left this poor blonde younger looking girl (she looked younger likely one of her first jobs) alone up front. I asked her coworker for help at first with my situation and she ignored me (she had just off the clock so i totally get it that’s so fair lol) but the line kept piling up to the point where I was telling the younger blonde cashier it was okay and to just ignore me and I can wait I really wasn’t in a rush and didn’t want to add on to her stress during that quick rush and she still had so much professionalism she still tried to help me and was so kind I felt awful for her wish I got a chance to tell her she was doing amazing. you could see she was stressed and still putting her best foot forward so I wanted to highlight that as someone who has done service jobs. It’s really hard especially with factors out of your control. Please be nice to them they’re doing their best and I appreciated the nicety of it
