Used to be reasonable but not anymore! They look everything up for pricing their items and then match retail prices. Not for profit is not the truth.

Disclaimer: I don't like thrift shopping as I don't have a lot of patience. However, if you have time to kill (e.g. waiting for your tires to get rotated at America's Tire), it's a good time-suck. This store is much larger, organized and cleaner than its sister store across the street. I found a cute tank top and bracelet for Burning man for $14 total. I advise to go on a weekday. Weekends are crowded and the aisles are very narrow. There's not a huge selection but inventory comes and goes.

I was bummed that the thrift store before this closed down because the parking lot has many spaces and is very accessible. The other thrift shops on the other side of Hollister are great, but it's hard to get a parking spot if it is crowded. I love the selection they have here! So many racks of clothes, home goods, and jewelry. I was excited for the $2 rack right when you walk in. There are some awesome trendy finds for so cheap! Great selection, and super affordable thrift shop. My new go to spot in Old Town Goleta!

Just a larger expansion of the first Destined for Grace Store. Good staff, good and reasonably priced items, very easy to drop items off to sell yourself (as I've personally done it). Good place all around.

Destined for Grace is my absolute favorite thrift store. I find something every time I go and sometimes have to hold myself back because they have so many treasures! The staff is wonderful and I will always be a supporter of their mission. They started a school in Haiti and the proceeds go to the school and students. The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They have two stores in Goleta across the street from each other and used to have a location in Carpinteria, which I miss. Thank you!

Drove from LA just to pick up a PA system they had that was priced more than reasonably. The system worked perfect, plus all the money I paid went to charity which is a blessing!

Decent enough selection, but prices were all over the place. One lady who seemed to be a manager was rather rude and cold. Tried getting specifics about the school in Haiti and no one seemed to know much about it. Alpha Thrift down the road is definitely still the best option; most bang for your buck and kind staff.

The best thrift store in Santa Barbara County. Always clean, new merchandise Daily, lots of vintage, and luxury brands, as well as quality everyday ware, always a friendly staff and the proceeds go to a great cause.

I love this place, I never leave without finding something I'm really stoked about. They have above-average stuff for a thrift, including clothing (and lamps, for some reason), and even if the price is a dollar or two higher than the Magnolia Center, it's still super reasonable. The staff was helpful and professional with me.

I am in love with this store! I sent pictures of a Barbie little girl Escalade for 100 to a buddy with two little girls under 5. So cute! Got a Cuisinart stainless 4 cup coffeemaker sold at Nordstrom Rack for 39 for 4.99! A great long Urban Outfitters wrap dress, indigo, for 7.99. I also got three CDs, a buck apiece. They have some real art (100 bucks, not prints). Tons of fans and vacuums, too. I will be back this week. The clothes are higher end than across the street. I spent only 10 or 15 minutes but I will return often.

Big, spacious, organized. So many fun treasures. Everything from large interesting furniture items, beautiful home decor pieces to great clothes and jewelry. Friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait to go back to see what is new.

**************WARNING****************** Do not shop here unless you have a very deep wallet. Prices are more expensive than Saks fifth Avenue. They place is a joke $300 for an old dirty rug. I don't know how they are still in business. The staff is now very friendly either! Would not recommend. Business owner says try Walmart at least Walmart's stuff doesn't smell like rotten eggs. Maybe you guys should get them cleaned before you try to sell them.
