The pizza oven is beautiful and finished like fine furniture. Any questions I had were always answered by Giuseppe promptly and completely. I would highly recommend purchasing one of their pizza ovens if you are looking for an oven that is first quality.

This is my second oven from forno Classico I would not buy a pizza oven anywhere else. These ovens are at a different level from any other manufacturer. The craftsmanship and quality is unparalleled. I have worked with Gusipee the owner, that’s right the owner of the company, personally on two of my oven projects. I call him to discuss options ideas and he always answers my call and has the best advice. This guy really knows his pizza ovens trust me and he loves to build ovens and talk to his customers. He takes tremendous pride in his work and his customers service is the best. If you are really serious about making pizza the right way look no further than Forno Classico you won’t be disappointed. Can’t say enough about this company and Gusipee.

My husband and I bought a FornoClassico oven in July, 2015. It was the best thing we ever did for fun. We live where the weather is warm, so we cook in the oven every week of the year, at least once a week, sometimes twice. My oven is the Cupola 80, a true work of art, but also a great brick oven. Each oven is made by hand in his workshop in Southern California. I would highly recommend FornoClassico ovens. They are custom made, so it might take a few months for delivery, but the wait is worth it!We have fired the brick oven over 300 times and made over 3,000 pizzas in it. Our biggest day was a party for 65 people where we made 43 pizzas in one day.Lately we have been baking bread with friends in the oven, and it has been a great community building experience! We have recommended FornoClassico ovens to many of my friends, and to date, about 8 people have bought an oven from Giuseppe Crisa, the owner of FornoClassico. He is very busy making ovens because people love his ovens and love his attention to quality.

I bought my Napoli 100 back in January 2020 for my mobile catering business. The oven has been a game changer and the build quality is great. You won’t find a better oven for the price, I’ve shopped. Guiseppi, Somei (sp), and crew were fantastic to work with. I had a video call with Guiseppi and ended up having parts machined in Seattle from specs they provided, and our oven fit perfectly on the trailer when we arrived to pick it up in Santa Barbara. The only thing I will change for next time, is a bigger oven!

My Forno Classico pizza oven has been a quality of life enhancement. I have never seen my husband so happy with working on perfecting his pizza making. But for me, the greatest thing is that you can make everything in the oven from a beautiful piece of fish to steak, potato’s gratin or roasted vegetables. We cook in it 4-5 times a week including bacon!Giuseppe at Forno Classico is an artist and builds the best oven on the market that is not only technically useful but incredibly beautiful.

Simply the best pizza oven on the market. My residential model fires up just like the commercial ovens and bakes the perfect pizza. Our Forno Classico pizza oven is the centerpiece for every gathering at our home. Our guests are amazed at the beauty and finish, but best of all. “They Love The Pizza.”Thank you Giuseppe! You built a piece of art!

The customer service for this company has to be the worst I've ever seen. I requested the spec sheet because I was having trouble downloading it, and I had to call about 7 different times with each time the person telling me to email them, or to call them later, or that they'll call me back, when they never did. I don't understand why they have some random unprofessional employee's phone number as the main phone number for the company instead. His argument as to why he's been ignoring me is because I'm not the original customer, even though I bought the oven from a private seller. I don't understand that argument because I still own their oven, and I would assume that Forno Classico would want me to be happy with the oven and tell other people about how great of the company they are, at the small cost of just sending me a specification sheet!I've tried to be very respectful of them and called different times during business hours only to be ignored, so I finally called on a Saturday just trying to get the sheet because they've been delaying me so much, and then in the middle of the guy making excuses again he just hangs up on me. Why not just have business hours to call with a respectful person who is dedicated to helping people instead of some guy who just wants to ignore everyone?

Purchase my oven more than 5 years ago. I use it all of the time. A very discriminating friend who spends much time in Italy says that I make the best pizza he had tasted outside of Italy! Besides this, meats, bread and even baked oysters! Amazing piece of artwork! But the best part is that it brings family and friends together! Everyone want to come to have pizza with me. If you are considering an oven, Forno Classico has no rival, and I shopped far and wide!

I purchased a Napoli 80 wood fired pizza oven from Giuseppe last year and it was one of the best decisions of my life. It is not only a magnificent technological marvel, making pizza just like my family and I remember from living in Italy, but it is a gorgeous work of art. Every time I catch a glimpse of it, it takes my breath away. Grazie mille, Giuseppe!

Our first attempt at Pizza making was surprisingly successful. The reward was much more than getting to play with fire and make good food...it was countless hours spent laughing and sharing stories in front of the Pizza Oven, and getting together with our friends and family to enjoy what we've made with our bare hands. Fire is an essential and critical part of the pizza making process. Each oven firing takes over an hour to heat the bricks to about 800 degrees, which is the ideal temperature for cooking Pizza in about 2 minutes. The soot from the previous firing starts to burns off after about 30 minutes, starting at the top of the oven and working its way down the sides, exposing the red brick. This is known as the "bloom" and it tells you the oven is hot. Giuseppe Crisa, oven maker at Forno Classico, makes a wonderful oven, perhaps the best oven. He delivered it to Santa Barbara with a crane. His oven is a work of art, but also a workhorse, too. We have fired it over 100 times, with hundreds of guests enjoying good food and the pleasure of hand made pizza pies.

We love our Forno Classico wood fired oven! It heats up quickly and easily without a lot of wood and makes the best pizzas ever. Guiseppe was easy to work with and helped us select just what we wanted. It is a wonderful addition to our outdoor kitchen. We've made many other meals in it besides pizza and calzone and look forward to trying more. I am thrilled with the thought of baking my sourdough breads in this oven.
