“You are in good hands with Troy and his team at Channel City! We put our Milgard window order with them. We often buy from their store given their large selection. Milgard tried to deliver the windows to their shop over New Year's but, with the shop closed, took them back. I called and spoke to Troy, as our remodeling program was soo behind schedule. The next day, Troy drove up to the Milgard warehouse and rescued our windows!! We are beyond grateful, thank you Troy, he and his team really care about their customers. Can't imagine a certain large chain EVER going to bat for a customer like this! ;-)”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially Rielly. I've been to many Ace Hardware stores, and this Miner's franchised Ace is by far the best one. The selection of products were better, they have good sales, and the nursery is taken care of with love. I did not see a single wilting plant. They also had some tools for cheap because they sell individual tools which are sold by the manufacturers as a bundle.”
