I had an amazing experience buying furniture at Mattress Mikes. It was so refreshing to see such a large showroom filled with amazing furniture. I was pleased to see such high quality brands such as Lazy boy, flexsteel, Stressless and American Leather. I was so tired of visiting so many stores with low price, low quality furniture. Garret helped me find the perfect sofa set. It was actually by a brand I have never heard of called Luonto Furniture. It is a sofa that turns into a king size sleeper and has a chaise that lifts up for storage. I found out Garret is a co owner with his Dad. He was extremely knowledgeable and low key, no pressure, he just went into detail about the features and quality of the furniture. I love to be able to buy from mom and pop stores or in this case pop and son. They seem to have a different level of customer service as the owners are often times on floor selling. Nobody takes care of a customer like an owner. Thank you for such a great experience!

I have been working with Garret and Mike for years now and they have always taken care of me. They are the definition of incredible customer service! They even drove down a sectional to my parents in Temecula 4 hours away. They have an incredible selection, I personally got a Flexsteel frame from them which I love!!! Highly highly recommend! Also Tye is the nicest person ever she is so friendly and personable. Can't say enough great things about the whole crew!

Buyer beware, owner is not accountable for the furniture they sell you. Once out the door, you're on your own. The owners lack integrity and respect for their customers. Have got the run around since reporting a problem with our couch saying we have to get in touch with Lazy Boy. Garrett passed the buck and made me take apart couch for pics and now says they and Lazy Boy need more. It's difficult to take apart and Mattress Mike aka "Garrett" offered zero help.

I purchased a pillow the other day here and I thought it would be nice to see what I'm buying in store. What I didn't know is that all purchases are non refundable or exchangeable which has led me to now have a 200$ pillow that I don't like. I wish I had known before I purchased it since if I ordered from any website, I'd have a return period. Employees are kind other than that and can be helpful. I'm bummed with my purchase though.

I love this place. Great family business that really cares. So attentive to your needs and so knowledgeable about their products. They will definitely match what your body needs, and your wallet needs to get a good nights sleep! So happy we have them here in town. It's not the first time I've used them and they are great. Recently purchased a pillow from Mattress Mike’s and omg it was so comfortable. Never have I had a pillow that fit me so perfectly and a great price too. For anyone reading this the Honeydew Scrumptious pillow is by far the best pillow I’ve ever owned. Highly recommend!

Just the BEST place you can go anywhere near Santa Barbara!! A long time, family operated business that has a great selection across the board of quality and selections!! I bought my first lazy boy here last week the experience was great, from j.r. as we entered to tye the salesperson. She asked all the right questions and now I have the most comfortable chair ever! I could have gone online but I'm glad I chose mikes.

I bought a couple pieces of a bedroom set to match what I already had from a few years back. I brought the items home and when I unpacked the dresser it unfortunately had a little damage that would be hard to spot at first glance. Most likely it was caused in transport at some point of its early life but impossible to know how really. I called in and sent photos to Mike and his staff and they very promptly looked into it and told me to come back and exchange it for a new one. This kind of service is hard to find these days. We are very happy with our furniture purchase and will be back for more!
