My piece came back extremely fast and looks wonderful. I took a long time to send in my pet's remains because I was moving, and the order was maintained and taken care of quickly and with respect. I'm really grateful for the keepsake I got from these guys :)

The lights are amazing. Absolutely beautiful and a wonderful reminder of my Dad. Quality takes time. I can only imagine the craftsmanship and skill the glassblowers need to have to be able to make something like this. I also think it takes time because their products are in high demand.

Bought white gold necklace bc im allergic to silver and didn't want rope..the gold chain so thin would never hold the pendent and cost 250.00 more.

Our Mother passed in May of 2022 . I do not know when Memory Glass officially received the order from Lakeview Cemetery but it is now October and we still have no received the orbs that were ordered

This company is ridicules. My sister passed in June 2022 and it is now October with no time in sight of when we will receive them. We have been told about COVID as well which is fine but an additional several months? Can't get anyone to answer calls or call back. Now they have my sister's ashes and this makes me sick to my stomach. Just give me her ashes and leave my family to grieve.

I wish I could give them a zero. As much money they cost and was told they would be mailed out the beginning of March and here it is the end of month and still no glass. As a grieving family since December still nothing. When I called them on March 25th they still had not even started them The website says 6 to 8 weeks. We are past that. How can a company treat a grieving family like this.

I would love to post a picture of the orb I received with my sisters ashes however it has been 6 months and I still don't have it. We were told this would take 6 weeks.....welp you do the math. The funeral home told us that the company was running behind from covid which is understandable but they said it would be a couple months. ...like 3.not 6. I am sick to my stomach knowing that this company has some of my sister's ashes that I want back. I don't know who's fault it is. The funeral home or this company all I know is someone has part of my sister's ashes. Please don't cause this heartache to another family.

Ordered a memory glass 10 weeks ago and still nothing except a receipt mailed to me when I first ordered! I have tried numerous times to contact them to get any type of update and nothing! The family member this is for lives 600 miles away and is here visiting this week I made this clear when ordered and was told it would be here way before the dead line because they said it would only take 4-6 weeks.

My Mom passed away in March 2020 and I ordered memory glass through the funeral home at a premium cost. I followed up multiple times and was told that the Memory Glass was delayed due to COVID. Fast forward to late July 2020 and my Memory Glass items were finally shipped. I requested a discount due to the extensive delay and was told no. Personally I feel this is a poor way to treat customers especially when they are grieving from a loss. We all understand COVID created some delays but 3-4 months is a bit excessive.

Ok so the items themselves are... ok. The colors are simply not as clear and bright as they are on the site. Based solely on that, I'd have given 3 stars. However, when I ordered, the site and my confirmation email said 2-4 weeks after they received my welcome package. At 4 weeks, I wrote them to find out the status. I was told it would be between 6-8 weeks and that time had not passed yet. I wrote back to explain that I Was told (on two different occasions) that it was 2-4 weeks and at no point was I informed that it would be longer. This is a company that deals with people in the middle of grief. They should have SOME understanding of the emotional state people are in when dealing with their company. They know NONE OF THIS. They do not care about you, your loved ones, or your grief. As long as they get several hundred of your dollars, your feelings can be d**ed. Avoid this place like the plague. There are other companies better suited to help you remember your loved ones. This was the biggest loss of my adult life and I was treated like I was a bother. NOT ACCEPTABLE. If you make a living off of other's grief, the LEAST you could do is have a tiny bit of compassion and understanding.

Very disappointing. We ordered through a funeral home and they did everything they could. they were supposed to arrive 4 weeks after my son's death. They arrived 9 weeks after and then the plugs were missing on all 3 of them. The funeral home called and they said they would fedex to us. Now I found out they shipped it out postal and won't be arriving until 3 days after the globes.

order a globe for my fur baby in 2016 and it was great. HOWEVER, his brother, my other fur baby passed away on 03/35/2018. I wanted to memorialize him as I did his brother in 2016. HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS! The second globe order this year is much smaller. I had commented back to customer service and they passed it off to Nick Savage... He Just DID NOT GET that i wanted it the same.... he went off about art.... blah blah, and how the difference made them.... but he didn't get that it was for brothers and we wanted them the same! All I can say... use caution if you are order two that you EXPECT to be the same... This is like everything; they have down sized the product but not the price!

Wonderful company, beautiful art! I cannot imagine a better way to display ashes. Memory Glass was the most positive experience when everything else at the time was painful, difficult, and disappointing. I highly recommend this company and their products from their selection, quality, professionalism, and kindness!! I will absolutely be a return customer. Thank you Memory Glass Team
