“We were in town for UCSB parents weekend when my water pump went out. We made it to the hotel and I started searching for a mobile mechanic. I exchanged texts with Kris on Saturday night. Sunday morning he came by the hotel, diagnosed the problem, located parts, and drove the car back to his shop which luckily was only a few miles away. He brought the car back to me and by 3PM I was on the road headed home. Kris came to the rescue and saved me the hassle of having to stay another night and find an open shop on Monday. The cost of repair was very reasonable.”
