I've shopped there a few times. Honestly, it's too the point now I just go for convenience. Not once in the 6 to 8 times I've bed there had anyone asked if they could help me with anything. I am generally shopping for a reptile, a couple of dogs, and a cat. So I am all over the store and for a good amount of time. And it's not because they were busy. Yet not once all those times did anyone approach me.

I love buying my dogs treats here! The staff is always friendly. Sometimes they run out of my dog's favorite treats (he's picky lol) and the staff is always open to giving me a call when they receive more. It makes it easier and I don't have to order online!

I've been a customer for many years. Today was the last day. I talked to Kyle about bringing in some fish as I have to take down my aquarium. Unsurprisingly, they do not give you a dime for any fish you want to bring in, even if you bought them at Pet House. That was okay. They were my fish people, and supporting them was a good thing.Today, I went by to pickup some bags to transport the fish in. The straw that broke the camel's back was this. They expected me to pay for the plastic bags I was going to use to bring them a couple of dozen primo fish. What an insult. Take a long-term customer who has spent around $1000 bucks, don't offer a dime for inventory Pet House would have to buy, and then change for the plastic bags he'd need to bring the fish in for them to profit on.

I go for fish/aquarium supplies. Pet House has all of the basics. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Cute store with plenty of options for your pet. Prices seemed high but I like to support small local businesses. I am not into pet fish but they have a nice selection.

I want all the pets in the pet shop. My girlfriend and I are really into betta fish. Great prices and a huge selection. One of these days I'll bet a bird too

Pet House is where we go first (mostly because it is close) and they usually have what we need, whether it's food for a lizard, flea medicine for a dog, or something for a cat or a bird.

Andrea is the literal best. She talked to my roommate and I for over an hour and she answered all of my insane questions. I was very invested in getting fish for the first time in my life (even though I am literally 20) and asked tons and TONS of hypothetical questions that she always answered without hesitation. She was very knowledgeable about all the fish we were interested in and even explained what fish would be good together. I will definitely be going back to Pet House for more additions to my aquarium because of the wonderful experience that I had there. p.s. I am in LOVE with my new albino frog and my roommate's guppy

I love Pet House for all things pets! They have a large selection of pet supplies. I stopped in yesterday to get a birthday treat for my dog. They always have fresh treats for animals. Perfect spot to find something for a variety of animals. Plus, parking is super easy.
