I recently had my car repaired at Precision Autobody, and I could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. I truly appreciate that I was kept well informed throughout the process with text message updates. They went above and beyond to address any concerns and make the process simple.The workmanship on my car was top-notch and it was cleaned inside and out. The repairs were thorough, and the attention to detail was impressive. Louie and the team took the initiative to even clean the headlights and small details like that, make them exceptional. My car looks as good as new, and I appreciate the extra effort they put into making sure everything was perfect.I highly recommend Precision Auto Body for their excellent service and outstanding craftsmanship. Had a fender bender with my neighbor while backing out of the driveway. Didn't want to involve the insurance company but wanted to get it fixed. Gabriel was awesome. He rubbed out the scrapes and used some touch up paint while I waited. All for no charge. This is the only place I trust for auto body work and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Louie and his team at Precision Autobody consistently deliver outstanding results, and my recent experience with them on my 2003 BMW reaffirmed their exceptional skill. Despite the age of my car, they approached the job with the same meticulous care and attention to detail as they would for a brand-new Tesla. Another great expierence at Precision Auto Body. These guys are busy, but thats only because they do great work. Super professional to work with. My repairs were minor but I feel like I have a new car. This shop produced superb workmanship, fixing every microscopic imperfection. Excellent service in a fast turnaround thanks to special attention from Louie. Tiptop detailing to finish. Be prepared to wait for an appointment: these guys are understandably booked solid.

Louie and his team, at Precision Auto Body, are absolutely fantastic. From my initial phone conversation, to discussing the evaluation and all interactions with the associates, the customer service was professional and top notch. I stopped by for an estimate on a small paint job and walked out with the work done on the spot, because they were kind enough to squeeze me in. I've never been so spoiled. If ever I am in need of any auto body or paint service down the road, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this wonderful establishment!

As a 21 year old girl who knows nothing about cars, I made the right decision to go to Precision Auto Body for a HUGE scratch. I was recently keyed and as a college student I didn't have money to spend on a repaint of my door. Upon arriving Louie and staff were so kind, efficient and walked me through my options. They told me they would do the best they could in buffing out/minimizing the scratch so that I would not have to spend big bucks! I wasn't expecting much as they told me the scratch was deep in most areas, however when I arrived to pick up my car the scratch was practically gone. Even the parts of the scratch that were deep were barely visible!!! They even gave me a complimentary mini sample of my cars' paint! I am so extremely thankful for the Precision team and will definitely be going back for any needs I have in the future.

By reputation the best body shop in Santa Barbara. Very efficient with at least six to eight agents all sitting at separate desks ready for customers walking in. They immediately take pictures jump on the computer and give you an estimate within 5 minutes. They handle the relationships with the insurance company and in our experience the finished product is of top quality.

I purchased my automobile here after being involved in a minor car accident, and I must say that I was quite pleased with their service. I was greeted by courteous and professional employees who were eager to assist me from the moment I came in.My automobile was fixed in a timely and hassle-free manner. Precision Auto Body kept me updated every step of the journey, and I always felt confident that my car was in good hands. They even arranged for a rental automobile so that I could go about my everyday duties without interruption.The workmanship was excellent, and my car was as good as new when I picked it up. I was impressed.
