“I’ve had a mailbox at this store for yeeears - service is generally fantastic, though I’ve learned that mornings are best. Their entire system has improved since Lisa joined the team - efficient and super friendly, even at 8am when I ramble through the door. What a gem, somebody give her a raise!
I’ve shipped many packages here over the years as well and have always been happy with the service/efficiency. Definitely recommend this location.”

“Jeremy, Assistant Manager at the Goleta (CA) store took time to assist with finding items. He was very knowledgeable about the products that I was looking for and walked me to locations where the products were shelved.
One of the products was out of stock, and Jeremy politely assisted with ordering the item. I appreciate that this was shipped to me without charge, and arrived next day.
He also provided excellent customer service when I was discussing the Ink Recycling Rewards Program with him.
While he was assisting me he also took a brief moment to welcome a customer entering the store.
I wish that more persons in the retail industry would be as knowledgeable and professional as Jeremy was.”
