The rental process was super quick and easy! And the staff was extremely helpful, kind and patient. The only thing that could help future renters, is being more detailed with the directions on how to find a specific unit. Yes, there is a map sent to your email upon rental agreement being signed, but it was very confusing because apparently there is several properties, each with their own codes. I pulled into one property as someone was leaving, thinking there was only one property (so this must be the correct location, my fault!) and I got locked inside lol. Kinda frustrating but it all worked out after searching multiple properties in the same general area.

This place is great! Kristine in particular made our whole experience. She promptly and politely helped us upgrade our unit once we realized we needed more space and made our entire experience excellent. The units are clean and affordable; highly recommend!

I was able to see different sizes and space arrangements, doors, access, etc. Etc. And then chose the one that worked for me. My guide was very patient and thorough and I was able to lock and secure my own space that afternoon at a lower price then I expected.
