great location, I prefer this one over the others in the areas because of the great service and efficient way things are ran here. no hassles, questions are always answered quick if I have any as well. Liliana, I believe her name was, was tremendous help when we needed a question answered recently. definitely recommend this location! 10/10

I've been using their services for years and everyone has been very nice to me. Eddy helped me re-enroll this year and I got a wonderful rate! ? Everything was very straightforward and we had everything wrapped up in less than 15 mins.

I was traveling with a U-Haul and needed to stop for several days as I got sick and the guys working at the storage place were so sweet each time I had to go in and use the restroom...... Also when I called to check on pricing there was a special and I got a great price so I could also afford to pay a worker to unload my U-Haul and leave the stuff in storage while I was there at a hotel getting better. I appreciated the price for my budget while traveling and I also got free Sirius radio on my phone for joining public storage..... Thank you for helping me when I needed it...... They also have dollies and carts which helped ALOT.. The only thing I found challenging is putting the gate code in when leaving... You have to get out of your car and then get back in quickly and I'm an older lady with arthritis and don't move that fast....but the room was a perfect size and easy access with the elevator.

I called them trying to get a space for moving season during school and they were super nice! Their units were all full but they transferred me to their other location and I was able to get one of the last units.

So let me say this, best customer service and best fast and easy process ??, I'm so glad I chose this location for my storage needs it's very nice taking care of and very safe. The manager is very nice and sweet she took me to review the storage location and it was amazing I couldn't ask for any more of the best customer, I currently went to a different storage but they ran out of space and I was hoping to find a nice area as well as that one and I don't regret this decision so go ahead and get the storage 5 out of 5 !!!! Thank you ??

After a ton of research I found that this place has the best rates in town. Kristine was very welcoming and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me some great suggestions. I highly recommend Public Storage in Goleta
