The shop is awesome for buying new ones and for repairs of aging instruments. The owner is a skilled craftsman, completely mastering repair and upkeep of any instrument, with a fully equipped workshop. The professional staff is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and kind, able to diagnose and fix minor issues on the spot. The business also does work for local schools and offers music lessons.

I was looking for a very specific model of mouthpiece for my french horn, and Raymond Music had exactly the one I wanted. I don't live nearby so I ordered it online, and it arrived in less than a week. It's used, but in amazing condition. I'm very happy with my choice to buy from here.
