“If you are looking for a reliable company to ship your belongings, look no further. We used the Packaging Store twice. We had the items shipped from Santa Barbara, California to Portland, Oregon. The shipment included furniture, paintings, wood carvings and many other items. A 70 year old had carved wooden screen had to be handled with care to protect it, and it arrived in perfect condition. Charlie went out of his way to be helpful, and would immediately return my calls or text messages and answer all my question. I would not hesitate to used this company again, and highly recommend their services.”

“I’ve had a mailbox at this store for yeeears - service is generally fantastic, though I’ve learned that mornings are best. Their entire system has improved since Lisa joined the team - efficient and super friendly, even at 8am when I ramble through the door. What a gem, somebody give her a raise!

“Great UPS store, and it is very convenient since we live over by Turnpike. There rarely is line or wait at the counter. The main UPS facility in Goleta has been increasingly inconvenient since they have transformed Hollister Avenue into a two lane road.”
