WARNING to anyone coming to this location. If Jorge offers 50% off your haircut, don’t take the offer. My girlfriend was asked to come to a private studio where he took pictures of her haircut. After, he proceeded to act inappropriately. This offer isn’t apart of any of the Supercut deals. After a recent post on Yelp, I received a message that claiming another incident. I cannot recommend this location with Jorge working here

I came into this Supercuts without an appointment and was told they were busy but could fit me in 45 minutes later. The check-in wasn’t friendly—just a quick “do you have an appointment”—but I left my name and number and came back at my scheduled time.
When I returned, I found out that two men had come in and been taken before me simply because they were more insistent, which didn’t feel fair. When I finally sat in the chair, I requested a wash and cut. The stylist immediately seemed annoyed and told me she would cut it dry and “maybe wash it after if there was time.” At no point when making the appointment had anyone asked what services I wanted, otherwise I would have clarified. I don’t like cutting my hair dry because I have textured hair and it always turns out better when cut wet.
She took my braid out and started cutting without brushing, parting, or even wetting my hair. I had to fix my own part with my fingers while she left to grab clips. She didn’t adjust the chair for my long hair, instead bending awkwardly over to cut, which made the process look rushed and uncomfortable, even after I suggested to raise my chair like most stylists do. He was dismissive and refused to raise the chair.
When she finished, the face framing I asked for was uneven—one side was about an inch and a half longer than the other. When I asked her to fix it, she said it was “hard because your hair is dry.” I reminded her that this was why I wanted it washed first. She didn’t respond and resisted spraying my hair down, insisting she already had. Eventually, she lightly sprayed a section and corrected it, but the end result still felt sloppy.
Overall, this was the worst haircut I’ve had. The stylist was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like a burden the entire time. I’ve been to many Supercuts across the country and usually have great experiences, so I know not all locations are like this. Unfortunately, because of this visit, I won’t be returning to this location and cannot recommend it.

I came in and two people were there working. Neither one acknowledged I was there. A third came out of the back, looked at me and addressed someone who came in after me. I watched two people come in after me and get services. I just got up and left. Someone could have bothered to ask if I'd checked in, had any questions, anything. Zero customer service.
