They provide a phone number but don’t allow you to actually talk to someone. Immediate maintenance requests or concerns have to be submitted online and I have had requests cancelled before any work was done.

I enjoy their properties and they're probably the only safe place to go to for services and dining. Most of the bad reviews are probably saboteurs or affiliated with those people.

Very clean apartments that were easy to maintain. Whenever we had issues, Koto worked with us to get them resolved quickly. I had nightmare landlords in Isla Vista prior to Koto, so was worried about any rental company in the area at the time, but was lucky to find you guys. Thank you all.
