The most screwed up place ever. Be a rewards member and you only get 10% off of sale items not FULL priced items. That makes sense it's usually the other way around. Then buy their most expensive boot at the full price of $170.00, but you don't get a care kit unless you order $200 or more.
Just went to look at what their sales items are that I could get even more money off of and they are the ugliest clothes that obviously didn't sell.
Thanks for nothing. The places I like to do business with are places that truly reward their rewards members. They don't stick it to them. You can tell there was a lot of thought behind that promo. Some idiot thought it up. No matter what you spend during the holidays you want to leave that website feeling good about your purchase not getting pissed off because you just got it stuck to you

I visited Deckers today to purchase a gift for my family, and I have to say the experience was concerning. From the moment I walked in, the associates seemed completely disengaged. They were clustered at the cashier area, talking and laughing among themselves, without acknowledging customers. During the 30 minutes I spent browsing, no one approached me to offer help.
When I finally went to the counter to ask for a shoe size, I was met with a quick “we don’t have that” and no effort to suggest alternatives or help me find something else. It really felt like the staff just didn’t care about the customers at all. As someone who works in retail management, I know how vital it is to engage with guests and be proactive, and none of that was happening here.
In fact, looking at other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-time problem. It’s worrisome for a brand like Deckers, because if this level of indifference continues, it could genuinely drive customers away. The only thing possibly keeping them afloat is the product itself, but service like this can really harm the company’s reputation. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and holds their team accountable, and I believe he was present as well because customers deserve better especially if they are spending 100+ dollars. Next time I rather make the drive to Camarillo than come back to this location.

Frustrated!
I own about five pair #Hoka shoes. One pair of hiking boots that I could never wear. They just hurt my feet. I bought them to go on a trip put them in the closet and forgot about them my fault. But I have another pair that have broken down in less than a year and squeaking every step which means the plate in the middle separated. I contact the customer support. The girl on the phone was fantastic. But the company refused to do a warranty claim on my shoes without seeing them. So it’s time I try a different brand. I just bought a new pair of Hokas at a local store. I think I will take them back and start trying other brands. It’s too bad when you pay this much money for a pair of shoes a company does not stand behind them.

Poor Product, Worse Customer Service
I invested nearly £200 in pair of Kaha 2 hiking boots, and after a year of wearing, various different socks, and revised lacing, I still had blisters on my feet. After contacting Hoka to enquire as to why this may be happening and ask for some advice to improve the situation, and not once mentioning the word “warranty”, all their useless customer service had to say was “we don’t cover this under warranty”. AVOID this inexperienced company in both what products they offer, as well as the customer service they provide.

Poor quality and even worse customer service. Defective shoes--they use a hard/sharp plastic in the heel that just cuts right through the fabric and cuts your skin. Website doesn't allow access to customer service, online live chat is a waste of time---basically despite looking at the pics they want you to spend 30 minutes boxing up and going to shipping place, AND paying for the shipping...despite the defect being inherent in the design. Hometown company, but I've bought my final pair of their shoes. Looking for a new walking shoe company that is actually worth the money. They are overpriced and poor quality.

Im a young business owner in a few states so I have a good background on material research and manufacturing, Bought my first pair of Expensive running shoes at Deckers, thinking this was an American product. Bought a pair wondered why they feel sooo cheap. Started doing research and found a few Manufacturers in China and across Asian that produce these shoes for $5.00 (Five dollars) Per shoe set! Makes sense now that when I first went to Deckers they had loads of shoe boxes at there back door all open for anyone to steal, its because they dont care because they're sooo cheap! I hate to do it but I have to return these shoes as I can tell they will not last at all..

Beware of financial practices with Deckers UGG. I bought a pair of boots online, paid them $150 , the transaction cleared the bank, received the boots and they put a hold in the bank for another $ 150, that 5 days later still has not cleared.

I purchased a pair of HOKA shoes online direct from the HOKA website. The shoes started to come apart at the seams and I went back to the website and submitted for an exchange.
Since my original purchase, I had to change my credit card number due to fraudulent activity.
If for any reason you have to return your shoes through Hoka’s exchange or return policy, you may not get your money back if your original payment form (credit card number) has changed. We are currently fighting to get our money back on shoes that were returned and HOKA is not assisting in the customer getting their money back and HOKA is taking the stand as they issued a refund and is refusing to cancel that payment and issue a new payment to a valid account.
A manager named Brandon said that all I need is a letter from my bank on letterhead stating that I didn’t receive the funds. My bank says my bank statement will be proof enough and I have no confidence in HOKA to now do the right thing as they originally should of have done and reverse the original refund and issue me a refund to an active account or send a paper check.
I have had nothing but problems dealing with HOKA and Decker Brands to do the right thing for their customer.

Deckers is a store that carries several brands of outdoor shoes and clothing. I've shopped there twice for Hoka shoes. They have a wide selection on hand and will order anything that isn't in stock, and delivery is quick. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
