I’ve had a mailbox at this store for yeeears - service is generally fantastic, though I’ve learned that mornings are best. Their entire system has improved since Lisa joined the team - efficient and super friendly, even at 8am when I ramble through the door. What a gem, somebody give her a raise!
I’ve shipped many packages here over the years as well and have always been happy with the service/efficiency. Definitely recommend this location.

I opened a mailbox, they told me all the options and pricing. I was set up quickly. I returned a time later to renew the agreement. They took care of me and had a great attitude. Helpful staff here!

The staff at UPS Hollister are awesome. Friendly, problem solving and always ready to assist above and beyond.
I highly recommend this store and always go there when I need to get the job done.
From certifying documents by a notary, to printing, copying and shipping. They are the go to place!
