From the moment we chose it, the planning process was seamless. Everyone on staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure your day is absolutely perfect.

The all-inclusive package is unbeatable and made everything so easy. A special shoutout to Sonia for the stunning florals and Kim for the dessert table. We are still in awe of how incredible it looked, and Kim’s desserts are some of the best!

“i thought this would be just another sleepy mountain course where everything moves slow and the pace is kind of boring

but honestly i was surprised how well kept the fairways were and the views of the surrounding peaks are really something else the greens rolled true which definitely upped the fun for me even though my putting is trash

if i could change one thing i wish the signage between some holes was better because i ended up wandering around looking for the next tee box a couple times

overall it was a solid day out here and id come back if im in the area again”

“I had the opportunity to photograph an entire wedding weekend at Chalet View Lodge, and it was such an incredible experience from beginning to end! The couple hosted a welcome party, everyone stayed on-site for the weekend, we had a movie night, the wedding day itself, and even a relaxing pool day afterward. It felt so much more like a retreat than a traditional wedding, and it gave everyone so much time to actually be present with each other.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everywhere you look there's another gorgeous backdrop. As a photographer, I was constantly inspired and never felt like I was repeating the same locations. It's one of those venues where every part of the property photographs beautifully too. The lighting tho!!!!

One of my favorite things about Chalet View Lodge is how it encourages couples and their guests to slow down and really soak in the entire experience instead of feeling rushed through one wedding day. It was literally like being on vacation!

For couples in Reno, or anyone dreaming of a wedding that feels like a mountain retreat near Tahoe, this is such a special place. It has all the beauty of the woods with the convenience of a venue, not too far from a town, with cabins for guests.

I would absolutely love to photograph here again! It was such a memorable experience, and I can't recommend Chalet View enough!

“Beautiful setting. Beds too firm. Trails are limited. Great for golf retreat or a quiet resort get away and not well connected in limited wifi area. Just unplug and enjoy.”
