Extremely bad services only one teller working for 20 ppl waiting in line while a guy is making a deposit over 10 minutes. The teller was very quick and nice when it was my turn. When I approached one of the employees and asked to pass the supervisor how unprofessional it is to work like this she smiled. I told her that if it continues I will move my business account to chance her answer was the following '' please feel free to move to chase" in a sarcastic manner. Honestly this is so disappointing and shocking to hear these words from an employee. Especially I was shocked of how unprofessional she was as a public relations manager. You guys are hiring the worst people possible and if it continues I'm withdrawing my funds and closing my personal business accounts not only mine, but my entire family's.

They have the worst customer service I had experienced in my life. I am a customer of Bank of America since 1995 and never seen more rude and disrespectful manager and associate. I don't recommend this branch at all.

Terrible terrible longgggg lines. It's like a DMV. This branch needs to step it up and HIRE more TELLERS. It's a bank you guys make plenty of money. So give people the opportunity and hire. It will make everything more proficient and smooth.

This review will be about Brenda, who I am shocked to say was the assistant manager. I went in and noticed there was a long line so instead of waiting in line to ask a question, I tried to ask her so maybe I could avoid waiting. Even though she was with a customer, she could've just said "I'll be with you as soon as I can" instead she rudely and angrily cut me off. Long line with only 2 tellers and the same customers were at the windows for over 20 min. No exaggeration! I understand, maybe short staffed but are they allowed to be that rude? Worst part, I got to the window and they couldn't even help me because the machine for my specific action was down. If Brenda hadn't been so rude and just answered my question I wouldn't have wasted 40 min of my day.

This branch should have been closed years ago. Staff is disenfranchised and disconnected. It's clear they're are their for a paycheck and nothing more. There's a perpetual line to see a teller and never more than 2 available. Heaven forbid someone crack a smile.

I went to make a deposit and I was told that they didn't have any tellers, that they were not going to have any until after 10:40, it was 10:20 when I got there. I asked if I could wait inside and I was told "no"; I was told it was going to get too crowded. They said to go to another branch or wait outside. They have very bad costumer service in my opinion. They didn't even offer to wait inside.

I haven't been inside a bank in a long time and I love that I get a bank feeling inside. Thankfully when I went there wasn't a line, but of course one person at the window. The teller was helpful and assisted me with my needs. The interior is clean and welcoming.

Horrible and rude assistant manager. Worst customer service and provided the wrong information. We will be switching banks, it will be a pain to do so but better than the dealing with a company that does not value its customers.

Always a long line, not enough employees. Came in on a Saturday and apparently the only teller available is at lunch. What is the deal, why can't the person greeting help as a teller??

Seriously I love Rhonda G. She's my banker at this location. I would highly recommend using her. But the reception area needs serious work. That Ms DeLeon girl is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She totally walked away from me while I was speaking. And that was in front of another customer. I hope corporate sees this. Because she does not deserve to work for B of A. PLS check cashing is more her style.

Absolute garbage and one of the worst BoA I have ever been to. I was here to help my aunt with withdrawing her EDD funds earlier today before heading back to the 626 to go to work. She is ESL and was treated extremely poorly by the staff here and I would not be surprised if they took advantage of her lack of English skills and provided absolutely dog s*** service. They said that her name did not match the name on her EDD account since it included her middle name and NOT the name that was she signed. They dismissed her immediately and it was only after I pointed out that she signed the document that they did not provide ANY receipt that she was even there. It was a HUGE pain to get this copy back and it was only after talking to several people that we managed to get a hold of the manager. We asked for her name and she only gave us her first name, Xenia. She kept going in the back with the teller and REFUSED to explain why our request was voided and denied. She kept being extremely dismissive and wanted us out. Nothing was solved in the end and I'll be contacting HQ.

Bank of America in general is the worst bank to go to. They have no respect for their customers lines go around a block and there is no one to acknowledge your presence outside. Bottom line horrible can't get any worse.

This is probably the worst bank Ive ever been to. The manager is a short lady with long curly hair, and honestly she is the dumbest thing ive seen. She is rude and disrespectful to the customers, and shows complete disregard to their needs. The sense of insignificant power got to her head. The bank should make better choice in employment before committed customers are not pushed away.
