Too slow, they never have enough tellers.

I went in for help with customer service and they were so kind and help me above and beyond. They helped me in ways that they did not need to. Meanwhile, I had just left another branch who was a bit rude and short with me. It was such a great experience at this branch. Thank you

This review will be about Brenda, who I am shocked to say was the assistant manager. I went in and noticed there was a long line so instead of waiting in line to ask a question, I tried to ask her so maybe I could avoid waiting. Even though she was with a customer, she could've just said "I'll be with you as soon as I can" instead she rudely and angrily cut me off. Long line with only 2 tellers and the same customers were at the windows for over 20 min. No exaggeration! I understand, maybe short staffed but are they allowed to be that rude? Worst part, I got to the window and they couldn't even help me because the machine for my specific action was down. If Brenda hadn't been so rude and just answered my question I wouldn't have wasted 40 min of my day.

This bank it’s known as a thief because they let anyone use information of anyone to take money out if someone else account there’s lots of EBT cash fraud going on here it’s easy for scammers to access any transaction

This branch should have been closed years ago. Staff is disenfranchised and disconnected. It's clear they're are their for a paycheck and nothing more. There's a perpetual line to see a teller and never more than 2 available. Heaven forbid someone crack a smile.

I haven't been inside a bank in a long time and I love that I get a bank feeling inside. Thankfully when I went there wasn't a line, but of course one person at the window. The teller was helpful and assisted me with my needs. The interior is clean and welcoming.

Horrible and rude assistant manager. Worst customer service and provided the wrong information. We will be switching banks, it will be a pain to do so but better than the dealing with a company that does not value its customers.

Always a long line, not enough employees. Came in on a Saturday and apparently the only teller available is at lunch. What is the deal, why can't the person greeting help as a teller??

I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I get it, there’s a labor shortage right now. But even before the pandemic, this place has always had only 2 windows open, making it the most inconvenient bank to have any monetary work done. Anyway, I was here today to pick up my foreign currency. And I had an email saying someone by the name of D. GOMEZ signed off on my money and it was ready for pick up. When I arrive these two ladies, one being the manager Leslie saying that my money wasn’t there and to call the foreign currency number and they literally just brushed me off. No concern of where my money went or anything. So obviously, I’m livid as anyone would be, since I would need it by this weekend. I call the foreign currency number at the store and they tell me that the store is actually the one who needs to contact them so I tell Leslie and automatically she starts helping me. It’s super sad and pathetic that she could’ve done that from the beginning but didn’t until I made the call. I was told my money should I arrive by tomorrow, if it’s not there I wouldn’t be surprised because this branch is probably one of the worst in the valley. So, to anyone who goes here, don’t. Save yourself the worry and stress. It’s simply awful customer service.

Absolute garbage and one of the worst BoA I have ever been to. I was here to help my aunt with withdrawing her EDD funds earlier today before heading back to the 626 to go to work. She is ESL and was treated extremely poorly by the staff here and I would not be surprised if they took advantage of her lack of English skills and provided absolutely dog s*** service. They said that her name did not match the name on her EDD account since it included her middle name and NOT the name that was she signed. They dismissed her immediately and it was only after I pointed out that she signed the document that they did not provide ANY receipt that she was even there. It was a HUGE pain to get this copy back and it was only after talking to several people that we managed to get a hold of the manager. We asked for her name and she only gave us her first name, Xenia. She kept going in the back with the teller and REFUSED to explain why our request was voided and denied. She kept being extremely dismissive and wanted us out. Nothing was solved in the end and I'll be contacting HQ.

Bank of America in general is the worst bank to go to. They have no respect for their customers lines go around a block and there is no one to acknowledge your presence outside. Bottom line horrible can't get any worse.

Alondra Martinez (manager) needs some training on customer service. Hey, BOA please hire some professionals who understands customers and their needs.
