This is the worst bank ever, exceptionally rude workers, manager is shockingly rude and unprofessional. I see many 1 star reviews and I can see why. I tried to access an Amazon package in the lockers and they wouldn't let me in, said I don't bank there. First of all, how do they know that, just by looking at me they can tell if I bank there or not? Please call their main headquarters and complain. (212) 270-6000. Give them the address and location and file a complaint. This bank sucks!!!!

Spent a good amount of my lunchtime having to go in for a new card cause I changed address recent and had to do it in person... the lady was nice. But the only major thing about this new card that I had needed to say was ignored . They sent me the same fckn card numbers. I asked for a new card new numbers.. thanks for wasting my time which I do not have a lot of in my business. But am angry enough to come type this. I would go in there to tell them if I had more time

Opened our safe deposit box by 'accident'. Send all our items in the box to another location. All this happen without even telling us or even try to contact us until we try to access our box again couple later. Have to waited for couple weeks again for them to retrieve our items. Few heirloom jewelry are damaged in the process. Will leave 0 star rating if I can.

10/27/21 went there early in the morning due to having an issue with the ATM MACHINE error for the check deposit. Banker came in loudly speaking over the phone went inside the office put me there on a hold for 15 minutes and asked the teller to come to me and tell me that banker didn't f..ing arrive due to family emergency. That skinny small short banker that went inside and didn't want to see a customer because having a stupid conversation over the phone with a friend or someone. The worst bank chase bank location Only the teller an asian girl was very calm helpful and nice. Hate this place for unprofessional workers that need to be fired

It's no wonder chase bank has such few stars/I'm seriously thinking of taking all my money out and going to Wells Fargo I was treated so poorly today and all they wanted to do was open up another account and I got snubbed by everybody that works there/I tried my hardest to be polite and they just treated me so rudely and all they wanted to do was make an appointment right away to open account all these people were doing nothing and they said they were busy and didn't have time nobody was in their cubicles I am so disappointed in this bank

48 hours after the mistake made by this bank nothing has happened yet they promised that funds would be transferred within 24 to 48 hours. The manager Christina is completely clueless and has no idea how to do her job. They do not care about their customers whatsoever

Hire someone who is willing to do the job done. The person who is responsible answering phone calls, just made me cancel my appointment that i just made with him. Because. I wanted to open a new account with chase told me i can do it my own. And also wanted to separate my personal from business checking account at the same log in ID, his answer was to call customer service department and get it done with them. Pretty much just get that s*** done your own, and dont come to our location for s*** like that.

This Chase bank always has a line. No matter what time or day you go, there's a wait. They are short staffed, don't come here if you're in a hurry.
