My love my local branch been banking with them for over 25 years. Been going to this branch for at least 18 of those years. Elaine, one of the managers has always been professional and extremely helpful. The tellers are always friendly and greet me when I enter the branch. I do come to the branch at least once maybe twice a month. We need more of that personal business. Especially when dealing with money you can't get online or on the phone. It's great to talk to a human being. Two on site ATMs. You have to park and walk either behind the building or next door in lot. Plenty of parking compared to most locations. Tip: Go off peak hours, first open and lunchtime are generally busy. Hours are 10am5pm Monday- Friday and Saturday 10am-2pm.

Sometimes it takes one nice banker to treat their customers with dignity, kindness, and respect. I had an opportunity to view how this particular banker made his customers feel welcome and at home before he became aware that they have been with the bank since it's inception. Thank you Citibank for allowing Chris Prellezo to be our personal banker at the Granada Hills location. And to Mr. Prellezo, thank you for being professional, using good judgment and for going above and beyond your call of duty. You made an independent decision to treat your customers using your intuition and leadership. I hope your professionalism and kindness spreads. You are one of a kind!

I went to inquire about the products that they are offering. The lady who helped me took her time in explaining and made sure I understand it. She didn't rush me or anything.

I read that Citibank has the best CD rates so I decided to try them out. I recently opened up a checking and savings account at this branch. The women inside the branch are very nice and pleasant. However, I was under the impression that I walked out of that branch after "successfully" opening 2 new accounts. That was not the case. It has been over 2 weeks since I first opened the account and I still have not been able to gain access to my funds. I've been calling their customer service hotline and they seem to be just as clueless as me. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was finally told that my accounts were on hold for using a PO Box as a mailing address. The worse part was that they never sent me any type of notice about this. Not a single letter, email or phone call from the bank was made to alert me. I had to call multiple times to find this out. Also, If using a P.O. Box was an issue, then why was I not informed of this when I provided that information at that branch. I regret trying out Citibank. I'm glad I didn't get the chance to open a CD account with them. At this point, I just want my money back.

These guys have been a big help, especially during the covid mess. This has been a rough time, but they've done their best to make it work.They had a hard time wiring money to another bank one time, which surprised me, but that's been the only problem.

Today I came in to help my grandmother cash a check. The cashier told us that they no longer cash checks for non-customers. He was very polite and understanding that my grandma came all the way from Hollywood for my help, but couldnt accommodate me. This is why I gave the branch 2 stars. Although the manager, informed me of the same information when I asked for an exception, but she was SO rude. A manager is the face of the branch and she was speaking to us as if she's wasting her time. She also raised her voice and interrupted us. My grandmother is going through intense medical procedures and can't get to the bank often. She didn't appreciate this treatment.

Love this branch. As a client, you're treated like family. The staff greets me by name and always with a big smile. Customer service at its best, especially with Mane and Emily at the teller window. Keeps me coming back to this branch instead of the one down my street.
