I don't know where they found SUPERVISOR JAMES and his boy wonder, but I ordered a "same day" canvas picture around 9:30 AM. I got the, "Your item is ready" message around 11:30 but decided to wait a little longer since they day before when I bought one, it wasn't ready. I show up around 1 or 2 and what do you know, it's not ready. I live in Porter Ranch and they don't offer this service at my CVS or another closer one. Mind you gas is $6.50 a gallon. They tell me it's printed but the canvas isn't mounted. I come back in 15 minutes, and they are mounting it. James showing boy wonder how to do it. They finish it, show me ant they mounted it so crooked that there is a black triangle at the top and part of the picture stretching on to the bottom part of the frame. I said, "What is this?" It's all crooked and the black frame is stretched over the picture. Supervisor James says, "It looks OK, you can see where it says Chicago." I said, "You know I'm going to complain about this right? They offered to make another and James say, "It'll only be 5 minutes." I have groceries in the car so I want to sit with the AC on. 15 minutes later I go back in to finally get my picture. They both see me and I sit for 15 more minutes waiting. I finally ask if my picture is ready and they say they can't figure out the machine. Supervisor James starts blaming the morning crew, but I saw HIM mounting the canvas crooked. I go home and plan on returning before they close. I drive back here from Porter Ranch at 7pm and they tell me that the machine is broke and they can't do anything. I said, "Well of course you sent my project to the CVS down at Nordhoff where they also do the service." Boy wonder says, "Did they tell you they did that?" I said, "No, but that's the logical thing to do since you have my phone number and didn't call me." This is the bad customer service I see at no skill jobs. I said, "Your machine broke, you have my number and you didn't call me!?" I said, "Well give me the original one." James took it out of the box and I took it and started to leave the store. James said, "You have to pay for that" I said, "I'm not leaving my painting with you so someone else can hang it on their wall! I spent 40 hours working on it." I didn't want it, I just didn't want my original piece out there. So I took out my key and sliced the canvas to hell and gave it back. Again the customer service thing to do would to have been to let me have it until I can re ddo it. Now I race home to my computer to prepare another order since I need this by tomorrow. I thought ordering at 9:30am would cover this... But now the same day service is no longer available. Thanks CVS, Supervisor James and Boy Wonder.

Do not, I repeat do not go to this CVS Pharmacy. Literally came here 3x for one prescription because they didn't process my pick up order. Every time, the line is long and service is horrible. When they finally have my prescription for pickup, I still have to wait around for an hour. Just don't. It's time consuming.

I went in primarily to get my steps. I walked the aisles. So far no empty shelves and actually saw a staff restocking. The store is organized and labeled accordingly for customers ease. Then it dawned on me to ask the free masks. I went in to the register and the gentleman gave it to me. Good customer service. Plenty of parking.

Dropped off a prescription. It was supposed to take two hours. Came back the next day. Still not done. One more hour. Came back in the afternoon. Prescription is still not filled. 24 hours! Trying to be patient, but the pain in my shoulder is only getting worse. I will never do business here again!

This rating is strictly for the Pharmacy. Out of all the pharmacies I have visited this has to be at the bottom. There are long lines and only one person managing customers. Sometimes you see multiple people working and they pretend not to see you. This place needs to take a lesson from the Reseda pharmacy. It's all hands on deck when a line begins. Even the pharmacist jumps in to help. This place doesn't care. They should fire the person responsible for the pharmacy.

I wanna give you a thank you to Gina the manager she is so polite if I ever have an issue she always gives me the best customer service and that's hard to find these days. If I could give Gina 10 stars I would ! So when you have an amazing manager with great customer service it always makes you so much more comfortable to go and shop there it makes you feel I feel like you're in a small town and everybody knows you and that's a great feeling ! I could go to a different CVS but because your staff they are very kind I love all of them all and Gina the manager it makes me want to come back to your store so thank you Gina you're the best !!!

Poor customer service from Kimberli. It was a slow Sunday night. The only customer in the store. I came to the register to pay . I did notice her putting helium in the balloons, so I waited patiently. Her eyes already told me she was bothered. The firs thing she said ,"you could use self check out". I thought as a "friendly reminder" but I notice the way she was scanning my items, since I didn't know what register was open my waters were on the other register. I told her , oh my waters. She got more upset. The negative energy was felt!! when she walked to scan my waters. The receipt, I basically had it in my face. I could say I'm old school and I like human interaction.

I have to move my prescriptions out of here because of the homeless encampment that surrounds the entire parking lot. The lot is now an open sewer. A cop got shot in the Ralph's next door 3 weeks ago by one of the vagrants. I'm not going to be followed to my car again by the freak show. These are "shelter resistant" labeled by the city. They refuse shelter. It's obvious the city wants the businesses out of there. They won't survive this on top of covid restrictions. It is so gross. Los Angeles, you lose!

This place has the worst pharmacy ever. It's so hard to get in reach of a pharmacist to refill my medication. On multiple occasions I've waited on hold for 30 mins and them hanging up on me!

This CVS Pharmacy is extremely organized. They are really on top of things, great at contacting my Dr when new prescriptions are needed and about keeping me updated with changes. I travel all around the country for work so I have been to many CVS and there is no comparison to this one. The Pharmacy manager is Samantha and she runs a first class operation!

They dont come here they lied about the testing all cvs do not Offer testing. They give you the same excuse saying they're full total lie they're not even giving an opportunity to check their schedules of times. This is the biggest scam. All I ask for is the free covid test that is supposedly offered by our governor Newsom.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give them a negative rating if I could.... the manager on staff Carol, consistently pulled down her mask when around others and alone RESTOCKING items when clearly on CVS website apart of their COVID protocol for employees and customers is to wear CDC approved masks. In addition, her co-worker Kym was also pulling down her mask and touching her face with her gloves on. The sign on the door clearly says mask required so how do you expect people to follow that if you can't even do that yourself? And then kym was checking out a lady who no longer wanted her items and when the girl walked away to put them back herself she was like oh I was supposed to wipe those, but didn't choose to follow her and get them items. GREAT JOB! Even when other older women came in (one without a mask and one with a mask pulled down) they said nothing and checked them out, also without a mask. Disappointed in management is an understatement. Such a bad role model. To top it off, when I checked out with my friend, I kindly asked Carol to put her mask on while she was checking us out. She replied "if that makes you feel more comfortable" ... like OK can you not read your own sign on the store that pays you. -10/10

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I came to pick up my pets Rx and the guy at the pharmacy had no clue what I needed. Then another person came and told him what needed to be done and he still didn't understand so they sent me to the other side. I go there and the same girl tells that guy at that window what I need and he just didn't understand. And she just kept yelling it to him for halfway across the way. so irritated! Why do you guys have people who don't know what their doing? I had a pet right out of surgery sitting in my car and I had to deal with them and they literally are so incompetent.
