Wow. Incredibly rude. As advised by another CVS, I called to see if they had a medicine available that is in stock. They tech said they can’t share it with me (which is fine if that is policy) but she just hung up on me. I’ve thought about switching over to this pharmacy since I go to Target often, but I think I’ll pass. So so rude. I cannot believe it.

The pharmacy technician that helped me was very friendly, she knew my daughter's and my name. This CVS location has very professional and friendly employees.

Poor customer service. Inappropriate behavior. The pharmacy lady speaks from far back, she did not butter come close to counter to answer my question. She totally disrespect my privacy. Hopefully her manager see this note and put her in formal customer service training…Do the right thing. Treat people how you want to be treated.

This is an excellent pharmacy. They are always quick to help and answer all my questions. The pharmacist and her staff are very friendly and helpful.

WORST place to do a PayNearMe! They need to educate their employees on how to do it properly. The last time I came I gave a girl a paper I was given to make a payment for an account and she did it no problem. I just came today and some rude ass lady named Sandra was of no help. I came in expecting the same situation as last time, I asked if there was a PayNearMe option here to confirm that it's available and she said yes. I then gave her the paper and she looked confused and said I need a bar code but I didn't use a bar code last time so I had no idea what she was talking about. I told her I don't have one and I didn't need one the last time I came, so she shrugged her shoulders basically stating that's it's not her problem and began to catch an attitude stating that I NEEDED one. Then she said she didn't see cvs as an option when it was on the paper LOL. So I went back to my car to try to figure out where I can get the bar code from and I found it. I returned and she sarcastically stated "I thought you couldn't have it" and I said "Yes, I didn't have it. I had to go back and figure it out since you were of no help" and she began to yell at me stating that I knew I needed a bar code and I told her "as I told you before I didn't need one, the girl just did what was on the paper I handed her" and she got more and more upset. She then asked if I wanted to continue the transaction or not?? ....Like girl... I gave you the money wtf did I give it to you for? She just got so tight over me not knowing instead of trying to find a solution with and for me as a customer. The last girl was so patient and there wasn't ANY issues, I'm so sad she wasn't here this time because I probably won't be coming back after this experience. I also checked that on my receipt she used her "managers" name instead of the one on her name tag

Cvs, what's going on with the filth in front of your pharmacy counter!!?? The same pieces of dirt have been there for 3 weeks.

This CVS is truly the worst! I was waiting in line with my mom for prescriptions and my mother (75 years old, with a walker and on a portable oxygen machine) had to use the restroom. The lady at the pharmacy rudely told her no....poor thing started to cry. The self check machines NEVER work and the pharmacy completely closes for an hour everyday for lunch.

I came to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions after dental surgery. My prescriptions were ready when I got there so I was in and out quick. Everyone at the pharmacy was very caring and customer service was amazing. I would recommend them to everyone.

Good service in this CVS. It is in the target on San Fernando Mission and Balboa Blvd. Overall, the pharmacist and assistant s are very knowledgeable and helpful.

If there was any way to not even include a one star for this location would. Five employees, with one on the cashier, I waited over 45 minutes because they would refuse to pick up the phone as my doctor was trying to get a hold of them for my prescription medication. I was patient up until the point they picked up the phone that was ringing nonstop pretended to not hear anything and hung up The phone. I called my doctors office to see if they were able to get in touch, and they said someone keeps picking up the phone and hanging up on them. I will never get medication from here ever again. Employees need proper training and humility if they want to work with customer service
