“This is a large 99 cent store, but, beware, prices are all different now... Prices went up 4 cents more so instead of it being $1.25 that it was it's now $1.29... If you have the time, seldomly, will you find items for 99 cents, I found a candy box of dots for that price.”

“Very clean store , a variety of options , there fridges have good snacks $1-$5 deals. There seasonal stuff is really cute but you have to get it before its gone . Lots of parking. But the lines can get a bit long with only 1 cashier . Best to go before the 5pm rush .”

“99 Cent Only Store on Sepulveda Blvd. Mission Hills, CA 91345 I found great deals on groceries at the 99 cent Store. I was able to save on Meat, Dairy, Produce and a number of odds and ends. I saved way more than I expected and the quality was same I'd expect from other stores. But I was more than impressed with the quality of customer service I received from a store clerk by the name of Anthony. (818)9811284 245 3239375852 I'm a elderly disabled woman, when I first walked in the store Anthony who was busy speaking to a customer, excused himself and rushed over to where I was struggling to pull apart a cart to assist me. He then returned to his prior customer. I watched as he listened very carefully to the customer concern and responded accordingly. Afterwards Anthony rushed back my side. He said "let me know if you need any more assistance". Long story short Anthonys Exceptional Customer Service Skills made feel comfortable and appreciated. . For instance had selected antibacterial hand soap, and he suggested I buy the bigger refill which was the same price as the smaller one! I was able to shops the entire store.When I got home I noticed Anthony even took the time to put all of the parishable items together! It was the best experience I've had shopping in in my a long time. Anthony is truly dedicated to doing his job. His type of enthusiasm is hard to find and I'm sure it will take him far. Theres more! When I returned to the store; a month later; I heard someone say hello Ms. Robinson I turned around and there stood Anthony! He remembered my name! ,that was totally unexpected! Over to the call of duty customer Service Skills. On a scale of 1 Through 10 I give 10 Stars, *****”
“This was a quick stop for some odds and ends which also proved to have been very interesting. I'm pretty sure that most frequent shoppers have found that the average item sold at these stores no longer cost 99 cents. In fact the average cost per item these days are between $1.49 and $1.99 depending on the item. It certainly isn't what it once was some 3-5yrs ago. Perhaps they should consider rebranding them as "THE TWO-DOLLAR STORE"!”
“It's the end of an era, all 99 cents stores are closing down. I have fond memories of shopping here growing up. You can get basic staples like toilet paper, deodorant, shampoo,bread, pasta, and veggies, all at a very low price. It's sad this place is closing, where else can you buy such low priced items? Dollar Tree is similar but not in the fresh produce department. I'll always remember this place with fondness.”

“I frequent this location and the things these poor employees deal with.... I feel so bad for them but they always handle it with grace from what I have witnessed. Sometimes I know the lines get long and they have been understaffed..... some of the customer have been so rude to these poor employees. They do the best they can with what they are given. So please be kind to them. I walked in today and the manager was so kind and so friendly. They always have a smile which makes a customers feel welcome. They are always working hard and keep things stocked nicely. I know the shelves are sometimes depleted but it's the dollar store.... Things are going to go quickly from time to time and they always try to keep this store clean and presentable. I just want the employees to know they don't go unnoticed for your kindness and hard work and I'm so truly sorry for some of the rude and unruly customers I have witnessed you having to deal with.”

Dollar Tree is a great source Hallmark greeting cards and stationary. I scooped up St Patricks, Easter, Sympathy and graduation cards. I also scored some quality candy and Disney/Marvel tsum tsums as well. Happy to be able to give my friends, nieces and nephews a little something nice for Easter and stay in my budget too.”

“It's a good location and has alot of variety in items but it seems their running a scam at the moment they never have plastic bags and are offering to give you one of their bags they sell for $1.25 .... other than that and them discontinuing certain foods and chips it's a good dollar tree. Service can be slow if there's a long line. Often there's only one employee handling a line of 8 people and I spend 15min of my break waiting in line thinking I'm just going to be there for 2min to grab a drink and get out.”
“An economy class store, there is almost everything from chips and candies to tools for home repairs, gardening, painting, etc. The low price corresponds to the quality of the goods. There are also good goods here, but you have to look for them, instead of just going in, seeing and buying. All in all, an interesting chain of stores.”

“The staff I've met there is amazing. I've been coming here since I was a kid and they've never once been rude to me. My only issue is the customers. There's a constant huge mess In several aisles that I know the staff cleans up, but people decide not to. People cut in line shove throw stuff, it's deplorable and the staff is the only good part.”

“We were unhappy when Dollar Tree raised its standard price from a buck to $1.25 over a year ago -- but, even so, this store offers the best bargains around on the wide range of items which it carries. Their seasonal specials make great small gifts, their food choices are reasonably priced and often include hard-to-get items, and their household products are affordable and comparable to major brands. Dollar Tree staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. We only wish their parking lot was easier to negotiate, and had more spaces -- but with some patience one can usually find a spot. KEEP ON HAVING THOSE BARGAINS, DOLLAR TREE -- CUSTOMERS NEED A BREAK!”
