Jazzercise is so MUCH FUN! It’s a hour of dancing exercise to fun music, with great people and inspiring instructors. It’s a workout but you will not notice because the joy of dance will be your main focus. Inclusivity is the vibe and I feel welcomed.

Jazzercise is for all levels of workout. All the instructors are excellent. They are motivating and fun. They show you the different levels of the class from low impact to high impact.

I started Jazzercise Winter of 2023. I started out slow and progressed to 9 classes a week. I am now addicted and can't imagine my life without it. It's an absolute necessity for my well-being, both mental health and physical health.
