Hamid, Hamed, and Kimberly were not only professional when it comes to customer service, but also they were very patient.
I took someone to try out their wheel chair products and they patiently took their time to walk her through everything she needs to know.
They have everything from walkers, wheelchairs, hoyer lifts, diabetic shoes, lift chairs, and everything when it comes to incontinence. I will definitely recommend this place to elders.”

“I used AIM to purchase a refurbished GE T2100 exercise stress test machine for use in the UK. They are overall a good company to deal with. Initial communication was good and the price was very reasonable. Shipping was done with the items packed very carefully. I had some initial problems setting up the machine and Crystal offered a FaceTime call to go through it with the technician. It wasn’t needed in the end and everything is working fine now. My only criticism of them is that if you call them you are left waiting on the phone for ages which can be expensive as it’s an international call. Otherwise I am more than happy to deal with them again for any future purchases.”

I have had the most positive pharmacy experience ive ever had in my 42 years ofevery interaction that I have from text communication to interacting with the pharmacist herself and every Front desk person I feel cared about. “The recent Preparedness Class was excellent. I've been actively involved in Disaster Prep for 30 years, and interested in emergency prep for longer, yet I still learn something new every time I attend an SOS Survival class. While the courses are taught by and within a store that retails supplies, the emphasis is on information in general, and much of what is taught is presented as available from many sources. Of course the props in the class come from the SOS store, however Mr. Edelstein makes it very plain that these are examples of what is available in the Prep genre, not only in his store. My impression is that SOS Survival is most interested in getting information out and providing sources to help us get better prepared. I shopped the showroom and have ordered on-line, and over the years I have never been pressured, never been rushed, and always treated with a peer-to-peer communication level. Do I like SOS Survival? I think it is the best source of supplies and information in the Los Angeles area.”

“Hayk and the staff there were wonderful. My RoHo Hybrid Elite Cushion was leaking out air on Friday afternoo. Hayk went above and beyond to make sure I had patches before the weekend. I've been a paraplegic for 28 years and am always preoccupied with pressure sores, ulcers. Our house manager at the group home I live headed to Hayk and company Friday afternoon and upon arrival, she provided him with the much needed patches at no cost...yes, FREE!! What a heart. All my future medical supply needs will be met by her and Sherman Oaks Medical, no hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!”

“Very difficult to get hold of people on the phone. You are normally put on hold until either your phone battery runs down or they hang up. The billing has charged me repeatedly for things covered 100% on my insurance. I would call them to complain and they would supposedly take care of the oversight. Then next month it would happen again. I have to wonder how many elderly folks that aren't able to watch it closely might be paying twice for their stuff.The only reason I tolerate this place is that for some reason it is in my "network" so I have to go through them. If insurance ever wises up and switches, I'll be happy to try someone else.Since then they hired a wonderful lady named Mardi, I hope the spelling is correct. She is not only on top of all orders but is genuinely nice to speak with. My orders now arrive on time and no longer get “double dipped” or charged to me instead on my insurance.”

“I can't say enough thanks to Oxy Respiratory and staff, but especially to Enrique. My grandmother was suffering from COVID induced pneumonia and time was on the clock to get her oxygen concentrators as well as other essentials. She was visiting from Mexico so getting these things was nearly impossible every where else. Once we got a prescription, Enrique helped expedite the process and was truly trying his best to help me and my grandma. Unfortunately, my grandma passed over a week later, but I know if it wasn't for Enrique facilitating and expediting the process I would have had less time with her.
