Leading up to the move he explained exactly what to expect, the timeline, and how we should prepare. Several days before the move Ted called to check in with us and reconfirm. The day of the move the crew showed up perfectly on time and were extremely communicative. They took great care to make sure things were packed and labeled and organized. They were very quick with their job and the price is every reasonable. I didn't think I would be able to finish everything within 3 hours but they manage to finish the moving process within the time frame (this is also included the 30mins driving from my old place to my new place during busy hour). 100% would recommend to anyone who needs to move. The actual move was EASY, as simple and easy as it can be on a person. They did everything, packing and wrapping the big stuff, loaded boxes, nothing and I say NOTHING was damaged, they took care of my stuff as they said they would. In an abundance of caution, they showed me stuff that had some wear and tear and they wanted to be clear about existing damage, again very thorough and up front. “Melrose was fantastic with two separate moves (one local and one long-distance). Every single item was wrapped in heavy blankets and wrapped again with plastic wrap. Corners were heavily wrapped for extra protection. Workers were all very polite, friendly, and professional. The out of State delivery was scheduled 3 days in advance, and they showed up exactly on-time. I really can't say enough about Melrose. Highly recommended.”
“We had 3 movers, they were great! Very efficient and careful with our items. One of our TVs were damaged, so that was upsetting.. I'd suggest a 4th helper next time for a small apartment. We can get the job done in less than 8 hours perhaps. But overall efficient service. We were able to get the TV replaced by RC Moving as an exception to their policy. Thanks for rectifying this issue!”

“Great experience and awesome price with the College Hunks. DJ, the coordinator, was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He knew the right questions to ask but also was very mindful of my time. He sincerely was interested in my moving problem. He sent two very strong, friendly and respectful guys, Dylan and Harry to get pictures for a proper estimate within an hour of my call. The price they quoted was the best price I received while shopping around (I contacted 3 other places in and around my city Porter Ranch). It included very large/heavy items: recliner couch, love seat, 2 tv consoles, full sized wood bed frame, and two dressers. It was also guaranteed flat price, so no surprises. The guys were so fast and efficient that the whole thing took less than an hour, including some disassembly and a set of stairs! And they treated me like a friend they just made that needed help. So lucky I found them! Highly recommend!”
