The new girl your hired for pick up is terrible at her job . Calls me multiple times 45 minutes before my pickup to say it won't be ready since on time due to another pick up then I wait , they bring the other guys pickup who arrive after me and 10 Miutes later still nothing . Pick up here every time I shop and can confirm she doesn't know what she's doing

I stopped in to partake in the weekly sale. I loaded up on some of the Deep Freeze fare I like to keep on hand. The prices were too good to pass up. A lot of others must have been thinking the same thing. Because my faves had been picked through pretty good. However, I was still able to get what I wanted, though it took a bit of searching.
This shopping trip ended up being quite satisfying.

I went into buy a bottle of Champaign for my graduation pictures from CSUN and I gave my military ID to the employee Ani as my form of ID. She said they do not accept military ID which is really hard to believe especially knowing that I am not the only recipient with a military ID and is actually one of the most preferred forms of ID. I’m really disappointmented by this because I have used my military ID multiple times at this location and have never felt a problem. I felt disrespected by Ani.

I was @ the self check out. Paid off for the items nd suddenly i realized, can i get a straw from their inside starbucks. The lady @ the self checkout told me, i can not get in back to the store. Crazy !! Pathetic customer service with attitude

DMV Kiosk for renewal of Registration inside the store next to the coinstar and lotto ticket kiosks. Easy peezy. Store is clean,has some great buy 1 get 1 free deals. People are friendly. Plenty of parking. Lots of other nearby stores and restaurants to check out.

This place is absolutely horrible the machine took 130 dollars from me. I asked the employees for it back. They said they have to “check the cameras” it has taken them more than 2 hours to check them. They still did not give me my money back this place is horrible.

Management needs to inform cashier's certain isles are to be paid for before item for that isle gets to final check out. Pay for item before it leaves that isle. This is do to theft problems. I have no problem with this but store personal should be aware of this policy.

Terrible Experience with Ralf's - Gift Card ScamI recently purchased several Amazon gift cards from Ralf's intending to use them as Christmas gifts. However, upon opening the cards, I discovered that the claim numbers were cut, rendering them useless. It seems to be a fraudulent practice where the cards get activated when the cashier scans the barcode, and those with the claim code can use it.When I approached Ralf's for a refund and explained the situation, their response was not only unhelpful but also aggressive. They claimed to be a 3rd party, stating they only sell the cards and have no responsibility for the items they sell, which is absurd given that all stores bear some responsibility for the products they offer.To emphasize the severity of the issue, I demanded they open other cards in front of us, revealing many with the same problem. Whether Ralf's was aware of this or not, the lack of action and refusal to refund our money is unacceptable. Instead, they instructed us to contact Amazon for resolution.This experience showcases Ralf's terrible customer service and raises serious concerns about their awareness and handling of fraudulent activities. Be cautious when dealing with Ralf's, as they seem unwilling to take responsibility for the products they sell.
