Lisa in the bakery, she really came through for us!!! for my granddaughter's birthday party! I went in after work on a Friday, she took care of me, the cupcakes were fresh and yummy!! Thank you we will be back and we are new to the area and this will be our go-to for cupcakes!

While some Ralphs stores are great, this particular location is not. It is quite messy most times, and the workers ( including a certain manager) lack common courtesy. Prices overall are not outrageous but it takes more than just decent prices to gain/keep a loyal customer base.

Customer service absolutely sucks! The produce isn't always so great. The managers are inbept and don't care if you shop or not. Most infuriating arevthe waits. Never enough help. Always long lines at registers. I try not to shop there. Oh, and tgeir prices are high. There's really no reason to shop here.

Not the fanciest Ralphs Market, try Calabasas for that, but this is close by and more compact with still a good selection of most items.

Everybody here hates their job.
The medication isle is completely locked away at 10pm. Employees won’t grab any otc meds for you. They don’t care, they’ll close the self check out and only keep 1 register open while 15-20 ppl stand there. I mean, I can’t expect much but damn, it’s all bad.

Beer price are High. Need to shop elsewhere for better beer prices. But had to buy Foster to get a great deal.

The best pick up ever . I have gone to other Ralph’s and usually they are missing items . At this Ralph’s location I always get all my items and they are so nice . Great customer service and friendly . Amazing job every single time .
