But when I got there at 10:05, they were closed already.
So I already told app to update this.

Ever been cash shamed in front of an entire store? I have - and you know what, it's absolutely mortifying. Never will I ever go to this Ross again. I only had cash to pay. The cashier said he couldn't accept it. I said there was no sign saying they didn't accept cash. He said he didn't want to short his drawer for the night... but it's literally all I had so I asked him to ask the manager. The manager said she didn't have change. He again said he couldn't short himself, it wasn't fair to the other customers... my son said it was okay we could put it back... so embarrassing. I had the money. They refused to accept it. I replied no, that they have to accept it and finally the manager gave in and said okay and he accepted my cash. I've never been so embarrassed in my whole life. They didn't care at all. They just wanted me to put it back and be on my way. Instead of figuring out a solution, they berated me in front of the entire store...

The store isn't the problem, it's the employees, guard constantly looking at you, even try to go where you at and pretend they're looking for something else. One time I was looking at their watches and asked the lady if it's ok to look at it, then gave it back cause I wanted to ask my wife's opinion on it first, then went back and the lady was gone, so I pressed the little button they have there when anyone needs help with the items and this lady came in, opened the lock and took out both watches (I was just gonna buy one but ended up getting both) and when I said I'll take both, she asked me in a rude way "is that it?" Then left. Oh by the way her name is GAIL. White old lady with a short hair, if you're reading this, well, I guess it's time for you to retire along with other employees that were also rude and racists.

Went to pay line had at least 40 to 50 people in line only 2 cashiers open. Short staffed because of scheduling per employee. Manager was on break . Employees looked like headless chickens , not knowing what to do. So I left didn't make my purchase as I am handicapped and can not stand for that long ... it's not right Ross sales and makes money , they can afford more employees. You have these understaffed and over worked... what happened to customer service. The amount of stress on these employees will not help them render the basic customer service etiquette.

Similar to the Ross over at the Northridge Mall, it's a smattering of cheap clothes, home goods, shoes, toys and other random things. If you go in just enjoying a hunt you'll have a good time. Just keep your expectations in check that you might not find anything and you won't be disappointed.

Wackest place ever nothing good long lines rude people all around. Biggest waste of time the employees seem like they don't even wanna work there but yet they come in every day just to make everything worse and then cry about being overworked
