Safeway Liquor has been a family-run store at the corner of the street since childhood. The staff are pleasant, helpful, and always ready to answer questions. The store is well-stocked, with a good selection of liquor, wine, tobacco, and hard seltzers, along with a large wall of wine and plenty of Gatorades. Prices are reasonable, and the store remains clean, with no expired items seen recently. The atmosphere is friendly, especially with a new staff member who is always energetic and funny. Conveniently located near Cal State University - Northridge, it offers easy parking. Overall, it is a trusted, vintage store with a welcoming vibe and quality selection.
Looking for a liquor store? Ask no more. Safeway Liquor is awesome. Huge range of products even thinks you wouldn’t think they would have. Great people behind the counter Danny and Elaine and Sam are all wonderful people. I highly recommend this store.
