The associate working in the print and copy area was the MOST pleasant, helpful and knowledgeale associate that I have encountered in this area. The cashier at the check out was also very pleasant and helpful. The est associates that I have ever encountered in this store. Highly Recommended.

Overall, a much more positive experience than the dreary and depressing Office Depot on Foothill Blvd. This store is bright and well stocked, but my main beef is with Staples' rewards program and the Staples app: lame discounts that have too many exclusions (ex. printer products not included, which is what I came in for). As for teacher/back-to-school discounts, teachers need more than a .50 box of pencils; extend your teaser "20% off" app offers to ALL products and ditch the annoying fine print and long list of exclusions. Very deceitful, and it forces people into the hands of Amazon.

Went to Granada Hills Staples on Chatsworth to get fifty 11"x14" prints made. They told us it would be over $15 per print. Single sided, 100 lb paper weight. Total rip-off. Hard pass. Won't stop or shop at Staples because of...principle.
EDIT: we went to Fed Ex down the street on Zelzah. They charged about $3.30 per print. That included the scan and trimming edges on 4 sides and the tax. 100 lb paper, single-sided. We purchased from Fed Ex. If I'm doing math correctly, we saved over $500.
